Very nice cottage, and big. Even though I travelled solo, I could see the space is comfortable for 2.4 persons. Service of staff is good, they don't volunteer information but if you asked they respond in very friendly way. Breakfast was average, both in terms of spread and quality. As the village was so quiet during the time I stayed (beginning of Autumn), I didn't try their restaurants for other meals, choosing instead to go to city center. Facilities-wise this is a resort, and there was no help to get your luggage to your room which is a few minutes walk. you can pay for it. Also, no transport to city provided by hotel. You need to take public transport.

This hotel was in a great location, very convenient to get to the local tourist companies for excursions. Breakfast was typical buffet but plenty of choice. The room was a little small but had everything we needed. Staff very helpful. I'd stay here again. Photo is the view from our room window.

It was helpful that they kept our luggage even before check-in. There were a few clumps of dust in the bathroom, but the room was generally clean and nice! There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and we enjoyed it. Santa Claus Village is easily accessible from the bus stop about a 10-minute walk away. There was also a supermarket about 10 minutes away from the hotel, which was convenient.

The hotel is located on the mountain east of the city. The environment is very quiet. It overlooks the Kemi River. The hotel is well decorated and feels very petty. The hotel has a rooftop, which is suitable for driving the aurora. There is a ski resort next to it. Convenient. If you rent ski equipment, you still need to go down to the mountain. The hotel’s breakfast is exquisite. I also had reindeer liver sauce. The hotel’s restaurant requires advance reservations and the dishes are very good. The disadvantage of the hotel is that the location is relatively remote, it is not convenient if it is not for self-driving. Extra bed and breakfast for children will be charged 35 Euros. The hotel does not provide slippers and toothbrushes.

They are all very fresh and delicious, with moderate taste, not salty, juicy, and a first-class enjoyment! The breakfast area is so spacious! I stayed in November 2024. The room type is a standard twin room. The room was clean and had a one-seater sofa, desk, refrigerator, hanger rack, etc. The toilet and shower room had a partition in the shower room so that water did not leak out, which was good. There were towels of various sizes. The breakfast was also delicious and had a wide variety of options. There was also a sauna and pool in the basement, and the pool was quite wide and the water was about 2m deep in the deepest part! In terms of location, it is about a 30-minute walk from Rovaniemi Station, but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so you can get to the hotel by bus. You can also take this bus to Santa Claus Village. You can see the Lumberjack's Candle Bridge when you leave the hotel, and access to Rovaniemi city is good, so the location was great.

Had a great stay. Beautiful location with parking under the hotel. Literally looks out onto the shopping street with nice restaurants. 10 minutes drive from the airport. Nice big room, very comfortable beds. Breakfast also incredibly good. Would definitely come back again.

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, and taxis are required for travel. There are no other restaurants in the eight-kilometre radius, and they can only be settled in the hotel. The hotel room is quite large, but slippers and body lotion are not provided, which is very inconvenient. The toilet paper provided by the hotel is also the worst I have ever seen in a Finnish hotel. No paper towels are provided. The hygiene of the room is not very good, and can only reach the standard of the inn. The buffet breakfast provided is very simple and the quality is average. The only advantage is that the restaurant is a good place to watch the sunrise.
