Arrived early to the luggage storage location a bit far from the central station the nearest metro station are although walking 12mins to reach the room no heating with air conditioning adjust the heating but more than 10 minutes apart will automatically switch back to air conditioning that night almost cold sick finally had to close the cover good quilt Don't be caught in the wind The most worthy plus is that the hotel includes a buffet breakfast  Overall, the food supply is enough and the taste is good! 

Stay was good and comfortable. Staffs are helpful. Metro station is bit nearby and the hotel is situated in a good location. Recommended for family and solo travelers.

First time solo travelling and picked this hotel due to its location, look and price. Easy accessible to the train station (only a 20 minute walk) and 20 to 30 minutes to sights i wanted to see. The centre for all your shops and eateries where a 35 minute walk. Bus stops only at the end of the road but I never used them as I was happy to walk everywhere. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the shower especially after a long day walking. Everything was explained to me (Wi-Fi, tv, air-con). Plus a super comfy bed.

Quite a nice hotel that is very close to the flixbus bus stop. Water pressure and heater are great. The air condition gets quite cold but you can always ask the reception to adjust it. It's an old building so every sound made within the building is amplified. Apart from that it was a very good stay.

Location was quite good, about 18 minutes from the Rotterdam Central Train Station. The room was modern and clean. Services were quite good. Breakfast was very good, but restaurant was far away from the hotel.

Easy walk fro the central station. The hotel is conveniently located to an area of shops and restaurants. Front desk staff were friendly. I was able to do an early check in. Room is clean and spacious. I would choose this hotel if I’m in the area again.

Well located hotel with easy walking distance to all interesting attractions -Clean room and friendly staff This accomodation once looked like it was very Grand in a type of New York 1950s style but a rejuvenation is maybe required in some areas of the hotel. This reflects the Rack rate per room.Would stay again if visiting this area of the Netherlands.

The hotel’s room is big and clean. Though the design is a bit old-fashioned but that is ok with us. Staff are friendly and the location is great ! Really convenient ! Everywhere we wanted to go to is within walking distance or could take the MRT train from the Stadhuis station. This station is the nearest to this hotel. From the Central Station to this hotel, it is about 8 to 10mins walk. There are many eateries, restaurants, supermarket and shopping areas nearby. Many burgers outlets around. Some even open till 11pm. Do take note that other eateries close earlier like 8pm or 9pm. Though there is no air-con but there is a standing fan available. The TV is clear and is in working condition. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. The only thing that disappointed us was the elevator. It was not working for the 3 nights stay here. The staff was very kind, she arranged for us to stay on the 1st floor. Hence, fewer steps for us to carry our luggages up.
