The saunas at the pool were too low in temperature and that was not pleasant. In the other room the saunas were good. But because of that you had to switch between those two rooms with different dress codes.

I couldn't complain... it was a bit smaller than expected and we unfortunately got a different room instead of the one we were supposed to. But overall we would go there again!

Very bad attitude of reception desk, and staff all. Small tiny room, have booked for double room been offered twin room like trying to convince me that city view rooms are all twin keep in mind that reservation was prepaid in total. Have checked out 1 day earlier of course no refund, will never stay again at the same place.

The provision of a hot water kettle in the room is better than many hotels of the same level. Because I stayed for five nights, I still needed to clean the room and did not participate in the hotel's tree planting plan. We don’t know whether there is actually any practice in planting trees.
