Long wait just to check-in, there was merely one person working the front desk. . Friendly receptionist though. There were no choices except a room without a window. It is located in a dungeon-like, secluded part of the hotel building. The exhaust fan keeps running the entire time and becomes a nuisance at night. There is a stench inside the room and the corridoor was even worse. The world hydrogen summit and exhibition was in town and I ran out of options, otherwise, I would have chosen another premise.

There where 2 recepcionist when i arrived i can not say the name as i didnt ask but they where pretty nice the best thing for sure also the room for the price was top

In the bed there was a stain and I found some hairs from other people. The floor also had some hairs and crumbs. The chair and table were also not clean

The location in the center of Rotterdam is good and the service was friendly. Unfortunately the hygiene was not in order; the bedding was not clean and you could see hair in the bedding. I found this a pity.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in any situation. They helped me with ideas and directions as it was my first trip to the city.
The hotel is good and clean, it provides what the value of the stay is. Some People expect more service for less value paid. Good location and near everything by walk. You are expected to pay a deposit of €50 which i got it back on my check out.
