I can only say that if I have the opportunity to come back to Rotterdam, I will definitely choose this hotel first, it's great~

2 The hotel facilities are great (gym, billiards, darts, conference room, coworking, free use of washing machine and dryer, etc.). The counter service staff solves problems immediately.

The hotel is great, they upgraded my room category for free. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Very friendly staff. Of the minuses, cash free zone. You need to pay for everything by card. There is a cafe downstairs, vending machines with food. Entrance to the building by key card.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in terms of cleanliness and service. We stayed for a week btw. Cathy from reception was helpful though.
I read someone commented before about the hotel is lack of management and I’d say yes I agree. Not going back.
