Great location, great price for single room taking in consideration it was high season, because of the marathon. Not the best smell around the hotel, is very evident is an old one but yet room was fine and cozy.
Morning girl staff, very nice and attentive, the man at night not very friendly.
Overall a great stay, and definitely recommended. I would book it again.

Olá, Adoramos a estadia aqui no Thon Hotel. Os quartos são ótimos, tudo muito limpo e agradável. O café da manhã é muito bom. Recomendamos esse hotel para quem vier visitar a cidade ou arredores aqui no interior da Holanda. Os atendentes são muito atenciosos.

Nice hotel, excellent views of the river and bridge especially at night. Room clean, balcony is just fine to get some air and have a coffee. Large TV which has access to youtube, netflix, prime ect if you want to log in to your accounts. Also accepts USB drives to watch films. TV is not locked down, a real plus point for the hotel. Didnt have breakfast so cannot comment. Staff were excellent. No noise from other rooms. Fridge and coffee machine in room Everything within walking distance. Supermarket 5 minutes walk which has everything you need. Closest restaurants tend to be more pricey need to head towards the station for larger selection. The market is certainly worth a visit

Thon Hotel te Rotterdam lijkt ouderwets langs buiten, maar is binnenin mooi opgefrist. Moderne look en feel, met ook een warme uitstraling. Het ontbijt is de moeite waard. Voor ieder wat wilt. De kamer (met zicht op de maas - zonder balkon) was zoals omschreven. Goed bed, praktische kamer, voldoende ruimte. Enkel de hygiëne kon beter (veel stof, handen op de spiegels,...). Wij vonden de prijs best hoog voor het aanbod.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout my stay I could always rely on the front desk for assistance, recommendations, or anything I needed. Their hospitality and attention to guests made a real difference. It felt genuine and personal, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was organized and taken care of perfectly. I will definitely return, and I highly recommend this hotel—especially because of the outstanding service provided by the reception team!
