We had a wonderful weekend; the hotel is well located, close to everything!
The staff are all very welcoming, especially those who work in the restaurants.
The reception was also very friendly; my family and I really enjoyed it.

The receptionist at the counter was friendly and provided room type and floor selection. The newly decorated room was neat and clean, and the bed was comfortable and good to sleep in.

My experience with Art Hotel Rotterdam was extremely disappointing.
Due to a mistyped date on my booking, I contacted the hotel immediately—before even receiving the confirmation email—to request a change in check-in dates.
Despite my prompt communication and multiple follow-ups, the staff was unhelpful and refused to accommodate the change. To add insult to injury, they charged me the full price for the reservation, even though I couldn’t stay due to their inflexible policy.
This lack of understanding and poor customer service was frustrating and unacceptable.
Given the hotel’s otherwise appealing location and amenities, I expected far better support. I strongly advise potential guests to double-check booking details and be cautious, as the hotel’s rigid policies and dismissive attitude can lead to costly issues. I won’t be returning.

Superb hotel close to the city center and the central train station.
Welcoming staff, parking more expensive than the average I've encountered, but the level of security for your vehicle is guaranteed.
I highly recommend this hotel.
