With a last minute decision to visit Rotterdam with my son, we chanced upon Art Hotel. Modestly priced and right next to Maashaven, it took less than 10 minutes to reach from Rotterdam Centraal. Even we arrived late after 10pm, there was nothing to worry about as the hotel is right next to the Metro station and brightly lit! The reception was fabulously served by Nadia who upgraded us to a 4 bedder in 2 rooms. Room was clean, set at the right temperature and shower was hot and at the right pressure. Nothing to complain about!

Very weird staff behaviour, ive stayed more than 3 times in this hotel.
Never answering the concerns, as a frequent traveller tried to modify stay date staff didnt accept the request, nice approvals with not feedback.
Early morning, cleaning staf will start throwing brackets and mops in the hallway to make sure you wake up early

Coincidentally, I also booked this hotel last time. I booked a twin room, but was given a triple room. I couldn't understand the room type, but the breakfast was okay. The location is OK, close to the exhibition center. Transportation is also very convenient.
