I’m in love with this hotel. This time had just a basic room with no view due to fog. But shower in the room with glass . Huge windows and coat atmosphere around is just perfect

Decent place to stay. Big space to move around and put luggages. However, the switch for the lights are everywhere and confusing. Will be good to rectify this issue for new stayers.

Had a wonderful stay whilst I was at the NHow Rotterdam. The hotel is located near a metro station and tram stop which will take you to Rotterdam Centraal and the main city centre. The rooms are large, spacious and super modern!

Perfect situation for cruise terminal.

Room was clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with really lovely, friendly staff. The architecture and view from the hotel room is also really nice.

Prime location near the shore. Perfect night view of the waterfront. The bar is one of the best in town.

From the time we walked through the front door to when we left two days later all was perfect. The staff very happy and helpful. The room was very nice and well appointed . We chose this hotel because it is connected to-the Rotterdam Cruise Terminal. It is close too many eateries. Ifwe return in the future we will rebook. This is a five star hotel. Thanks all.

Amazing

Our room was spacious and clean with minimalistic design. It had large windows on two sides of the room but the curtains were dark enough. We had booked a room with sunrise view but the direction for sunrise had a commercial choosing so we would never see it even if we woke up at 5am. The neighbor is clean and seemed safe. The service was mediocre as we had tried to order room service on night at midnight but were told that only drinks was available. I was so surprised to hear that a good 4 stars hotel didn’t even have burger , pizza or some simple snacks. There is no restaurant in the neighborhood as it is a commercial area. I do want to mention that the lady at the concierge was very helpful when we tried to ask her to exchange some coins for the metro ticket. Do note that the metro station is unmanned and there is no machine to change bills into coin to buy tickets. The ticket machine is supposed to accept credit card but both were not working on that day, and we had to have 16 euro in coins to buy two day pass. Otherwise take the tram. Overall I would say that the hotel is value for money, but just a little far from city center. If you need to travel to Rotterdam Central, it is 8 euro round trip.
