Very good location close to the Rotterdam central train station , just a few blocks from the Maritiem museum and other Rotterdam attractions like the stadhuis , markthal , kijk kubus , the hotel seems to be a new or very recent operation hotel so it’s clean and is located on a area full of shops , galleries , restaurants

I had been stayed for 2 times with my boyfriend The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted explore. design of the hotel and the room was cozy

I stayed at this hotel for business purposes and i really enjoyed it, the details are very well thought out, decoration is amazing, room is big, and location is perfect to walk around the best restaurants. I will definitely come back. The only comment is the breakfast is not “spectacular” as some seem to say, it’s a self service with food that you choose and pay for depending on what you get. It’s not homemade or anything but it’s ok.

We stayed in two double rooms and they are very spacious, rooms are very clean and you will have everything you need. Location is very convenient and close to central station and trams. A lot of shops and restaurants around.

Absolutely fantastic service from the moment we walked in. They took care of our ever need as we had a 20month and 9 year old on the trip with us. Very polite and friendly staff. Location is EXCELLENT. Listed as a 3* but surprised us, from aesthetics to decor to staff defo exceed our expectations. A big thank you to Francesca (apologies if misspelt) really helped out during babies feed/milk times. 🥰

Excellent service, fantastic location, comfortable beds and very clean. Enjoyed our stay there, the staff were very helpful and the snack bar was a lifesaver when we were unprepared and hungry for a midnight snack.

10 mins from train station，15 mins from sightseeing spots. Room is big and clean, thanks for upgrading. Service is good, quick response replying emails, thanks for your help to hold our museum pass at reception.

Nice location and easy to go around

The hotel is quite so-so. Not matching the very high review score. Positive: Lying in bed watching tv was comfortable. Negative: The room was not properly cleaned/made: rubbish under the bed, wornout bedding, kettle with no filter, and water stains everywhere etc.. The curtains in our room can’t be fully closed on one side - not friendly for people who want to sleep during daylight. The window can’t be opened and AC feels dusty and hard to get the room temperature balanced. One staff at the front desk was rude.

We loved our stay at the James hotel. The location is ideal,close to the train station and downtown. The rooms are very spacious with all the amenities and the bed was very comfortable. The snacks machine in the lounge has great snacks . We will reserve that hotel again for our next visit and highly recommend it

We had a very nice, comfortable and clean room with a great view (on the 18th floor)! We slept very well. The staff was very nice and helpfull!
