The breakfast is really something to highlight at such reasonable price for this stay. A glass of Prosecco to begin the morning is something super nice. Room is bit small, and just good enough for two suitcases opened on the floor. I slept very well with comfort on that bed, which looks bit tiny in the picture :-P. Location is very good and I could take metro line E direct to De Rotterdam, Central station and The Hague!

I stayed at this hotel for business purposes and i really enjoyed it, the details are very well thought out, decoration is amazing, room is big, and location is perfect to walk around the best restaurants. I will definitely come back. The only comment is the breakfast is not “spectacular” as some seem to say, it’s a self service with food that you choose and pay for depending on what you get. It’s not homemade or anything but it’s ok.

Very clean room and amenities. Lovely design of the whole place. Bit lack of space but expected. Really chill and comfy place to stay. Really clean toilets&bathroom as well.

The hotel’s room is big and clean. Though the design is a bit old-fashioned but that is ok with us. Staff are friendly and the location is great ! Really convenient ! Everywhere we wanted to go to is within walking distance or could take the MRT train from the Stadhuis station. This station is the nearest to this hotel. From the Central Station to this hotel, it is about 8 to 10mins walk. There are many eateries, restaurants, supermarket and shopping areas nearby. Many burgers outlets around. Some even open till 11pm. Do take note that other eateries close earlier like 8pm or 9pm. Though there is no air-con but there is a standing fan available. The TV is clear and is in working condition. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. The only thing that disappointed us was the elevator. It was not working for the 3 nights stay here. The staff was very kind, she arranged for us to stay on the 1st floor. Hence, fewer steps for us to carry our luggages up.

Very good service , friendly stuff, nice and clean room - just a little bit on the small side!

Location is good. But something strange happened that I asked the receptionist to get a pair of slipper, the staff said it was out of stock and would be available the next day. When I asked again the next day, he said it would not arrive until next week, i don’t know if this is real or not, but this is odd for such a level of hotel. Moreover, bottle of water provided only once no matter how long you stayed.

I decided to treat myself and my son at the end of our trip and the Rotterdam Marriott certainly did not disappoint. As a disabled person with limited mobility, I wasn’t sure how far away from Centraal train station it would be. I was pleasantly surprised that even on crutches, it was a distance that I could manage. The reception staff were all very friendly and welcoming and could not do enough to make our trip even more pleasant. The room was beautiful and spacious, plenty of charging outlets and even the tv was personalised by using your keycard upon entry to the room. The bathroom not only had a spacious walk in shower, but also had a large bath. Both the bathroom and bedroom were very clean and the housekeeping staff were excellent. The room service was fantastic and absolutely delicious food. We will be definitely looking forward to booking back in on our next visit to Rotterdam!

It's a pity that I only stayed for one night. The room was very clean and new. It was very convenient to travel. It took only a few minutes to walk to the attractions and the market. The breakfast was average. I will come again in the future.
