Easy check in, clean room, comfortable bed, nice bedding. Shower was hard to use easy to get burnt but sorted that really quick. Definitely staying again.

It was a very nice motel and very clean. Appreciate everything and yes very safe place as well.i will recommend to my family if they wanna come to Rotorua to stay here.Thank you and cheers

The best thing about our stay was the bed and bedding. We had a great sleep. Sadly tho toilet was dirty. Not much in the way of facilities. Spa didn't work. I think it's priced too high for such a basic motel. Manager was pleasant.

We were very disappointed as in other motels we had stayed in that had a kitchenette all had a sink to wash the dishes etc. we were told to leave the dishes we use in the bathroom sink . Not a good look. We don’t recommend this place if you are staying more than one day.
