The corner Jacuzzi bathtub in the room is a plus. The fact that I had to clean it myself is a minus.
The location is good, about halfway between the center and Te Puia. The bus stop is a stone's throw away, although they run very infrequently. The boy at the reception is polite.

Easy check in, clean room, comfortable bed, nice bedding. Shower was hard to use easy to get burnt but sorted that really quick. Definitely staying again.
