check-in has to be exactly at 15:00 and we were there 10 minutes before 15:00 they still didn't let us check-in early (which doesn't makes sense since so many hotels allowed early check-in if the room is ready) so why bother let the guests wait longer outside? and the housekeeping didn't knock our door at all in the morning and just came in our room while we were asleep. also no fridge whatsoever to store cold drinks

It was a good, quiet trip. We had the opportunity to explore the city in detail and it was very pleasant to meet friends in one of the Hanseatic cities of the north.

The service was great/very friendly and helpful.
We arrived early and were given the opportunity to leave our luggage there and we looked around the area until we were allowed into our room.
I spent the days with my daughter and would do it again.

Like all B&Bs, this is a good hotel. A little noisy at night, but you know that beforehand. The lady at the reception and the location were very positive. You don't need a car. 10 minutes into town and 30 minutes to Warnemünde. I'm looking forward to the next time. I would like to see the reviewers' own apartments that say it's too dirty.

The room was OK, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was hair all over the bed. At breakfast, 2 minutes after 10am, we were told that breakfast was only available until 10am. Very unfriendly and they didn't even dare to get us something to drink. I wouldn't book it again.
