Wir waren nicht zum ersten mal hier. Das spricht für das Ostseeland. Freundliches, Hilfsbereites Personal ob am Empfang oder in der Reinigung. Bei der Lage kann die Seele baumeln. Wir sind zufrieden und kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Wenn man mit Baby anreist wäre eine Wickelmöglichkeit sehr schön. Diese war bei uns im Zimmer leider nicht wirklich gegeben. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker. Schade war nur, dass man teilweise auf einen Tisch warten musste. Das müsste anderes geregelt werden, vor allem mit Baby, welches nicht all zu viel Geduld hat. Die Lage ist sehr schön ruhig und in den Zimmern bekommt man auch nichts von den Nachbarn mit.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war umfangs - und abwechslungsreich. Wir speisten mehrfach im Restaurant, großes Lob an die Küche.

Auf Ihrem Portal werben Sie damit, dass alle Zimmer im Hotel mit Boxspringbetten ausgestattet sind...das war bei uns nicht der Fall. Wir waren 8 Nächte bei Ihnen und hatten ein enttäuschend kleines Zimmer...ohne Kühlschrank. Das hatte ich mir unter exklusiv nicht vorgestellt. Das Essen bei Ihnen hat immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Lage war wirklich sehr gut.
