Embassy Suites by Hilton Hotels in Rosemont

It's fine for where and what it is. Unfortunately I waited forever at the airport for the shuttle and it never came so I had to hop on a neighboring hotel's shuttle and then walk over. BECAUSE I GUESS THE SHUTTLE DRIVER NEEDED HIS AFTERNOON NAP.

Back here after a few months, and the level of service standards appear to be lower. Firstly, your status with Hilton is not recognized, and you don't get credit/points for your stay. When I got to the room the bedsheet looked unmade, i.e. it was very wrinkled...as if it had been slept in. While there was no malodorous condition, it did not look made. Changed rooms, and the second bed was just as bad. The front desk staff explained that the sheets were cotton, and that's how they look. Well, it's not my first trip, and I've been around.....I can tell the difference with a bed that's been made, and one that looks like it was just a rush job. Breakfast was so-so, the spread is nothing to shout about, pretty boring stuff actually. Fitness room was adequate, but the treadmills need to be either replaced, or at a minimum, maintained. Some keys on the control panels need to be fixed.

I can walk to the car rental center from the hotel, two large beds in separated room space for more privacy but they shared the same toilet.

My child's wedding was there. The hotel staff at the event were very helpful and friendly, and we appreciated them. The event itself was lovely and it was set up as we requested. I am giving the ”very good” rating because of that. But, regarding the room we stayed in, we had no hot water in shower for two nights - so we had only cold showers as we dressed for the wedding. Planning was also more difficult than we would have hoped/expected, because the designated caterer for our event (which was a large part of why we had chosen that venue in the first place) changed less than three months before the wedding and we didn't have a menu with pricing until 6 weeks beforehand (the day before invitations had to go out). It isn't clear when the hotel knew about the change, but it never notified us (we learned only when the ”old” caterer told us), and the process led to a lot of last minute stress, and increased costs. Finally, the hotel billed the bride and groom for a room for a night they did not even stay at the hotel; when we questioned that we were told the charges would stand because they hadn't notified the hotel 72 business days in advance (further in advance than the caterer was even set up). In addition, the hotel had agreed to comp us another room but that did not occur because we initially had given the hotel the name of one couple we thought would stay in that comped room - when we learned that couple had not stayed at the hotel overnight, the hotel was unwilling to switch and provide the cost of the comped room to another guest (or even to offset the charges to the bride and groom for the room they did not use, as noted above). We were frustrated by that intransigence.

We stayed one night at this hotel, because Hurricane Ian extended our trip to Chicago. We couldn't extend our rental car and needed a location near the airport with a shuttle. This place not only fit the bill for convenience but it was quite nice. The hotel is very nice and stylish with an open airy feeling. The rooms are rimmed around and open atrium that houses seating and a restaurant/bar. The suites are a little dated but very nice and very large with a separate living area, bedroom and a bath separating the two. This suite could easily be shared and it is also nice for business people because the bedroom door can be closed. Titanium members have a nice lounge with hot breakfast from 6-9 weekdays, a little later on weekends, snacks, water, sodas, coffee, tea, etc all day and appetizers from 5:30-7:30pm. The night we were there they had chicken wings, pizza and a couple of other goodies. The attendant is very efficient and we were extremely grateful for her asking someone to take their phone conversation off speakerphone. Last but not least, Rey, the shuttle driver arrives every 1/2 hour on the 1/2 hour to take you to the airport. Very nice man and quite prompt. Tip - you can also take the shuttle to the metra station at O'hare for transportation to other areas.

My connection was canceled and I had to spend the night at the Hyatt Place. So glad I chose it! I had the standard room with a king size bed. It had a nice living area in the room! The bed/pillows were very comfortable. Room/bathroom were very clean and spacious. The bartender was the most friendly employee! He was the one who made me feel welcomed. The kitchen is beautiful, bright and spacious! Good sausage patties and hash browns. I wished they had scrambled eggs instead of hard boiled. Hot oatmeal with toppings, bread and bagels to toast, yogurt, apples and oranges, juices, coffee, tea. Many tables to sit at. Overall I was impressed with this hotel! Highly recommend it!

On our way to Scotland in late May, we got detained for two nights due to airline and flight issues. Our first night, we were desperate to find a bed (any bed) very late. I t was adequate and but I heard traffic noise all night. The second day, after finding our luggage at O'Hare, we moved to this LOVELY and QUIET hotel in this great area of Rosemont, tucked away but close to O'Hare. Compared to our first night, this was absolutely heaven. We found the service to be amazing. And, for a fine Italian meal, we walked over to Carlucci's for both lunch and dinner.

Best park and stay for sure! Queen beds (most in the area have double beds). Comfortable, shuttle that came every 15 minutes (I would say even more often but possibly because it was Spring Break week). Accommodating with a rollaway bed. Great restaurant/bar and my son left his running watch and it was turned in my cleaning staff so we got that back easily. I've stayed at so many park and stays in Chicago and this is my go to now.

Moreover, the location of the Part Hotel holds a special place in my heart. Being in the neighborhood where I grew up added a nostalgic touch to my visit. I enjoyed strolling through familiar streets, reminiscing about my childhood adventures, and rediscovering hidden gems in the area. For guests with a penchant for history and local culture, the hotel's surroundings offer a treasure trove of experiences waiting to be explored. However, it's essential to address the drawbacks. The aging facilities of the Part Hotel were noticeable, with some rooms showing signs of wear and tear. The recurring issue of unpleasant odors in certain rooms was disappointing, prompting me to switch accommodations multiple times during my stay. While the staff did their best to mitigate these issues, it detracted from the overall experience and left room for improvement in the hotel's maintenance. In conclusion, my stay at the Part Hotel was a mix of nostalgia, excellent service, and room for improvement. While the historic charm and personalized attention from the staff were highlights of my visit, the outdated facilities and recurring odor issues were areas of concern. Nevertheless, the hotel's unique ambiance and convenient location make it a compelling choice for those seeking a glimpse into Shanghai's past. With some refurbishments and attention to detail, the Part Hotel has the potential to elevate its offering and provide an even more memorable experience for guests.
