"Everything about our stay was excellent. We returned to akra for our anniversary celebrations, akra being aware of this looked after us and our occasion everday.from decorating our room to gifts of drinks ,cakes,and a keepsake gift was left in our room on different days,the hospitality was 10/10 both times,starting from the location to staff and all the facilities the hotel has to offer was absolutely amazing.the firness area as well as the spa sauna ans swim was a real treat at the end of our day.the hotel maintans its high promised standards.we loved it again if im third time lucky to visit antalya, akra would defo be my place to stay,the location is perfect,within reach of everything a tourist would need..booked up and stay.im sure you will have the same to say."

"We initially stayed for 1 night, but after entering the room, we realized that we would extend our stay. The hotel is simply perfect! Customer-oriented, clean, with a beautiful design and interior. Quiet area. The room was huge (we compared after a week of stops in different cities, where they say one thing, but in fact you get something completely different). The room has a lot of useful little things for relaxation. Thoughtful details. Soft bed. There is a coffee machine. There are soft, pleasant bathrobes. The girl at the reception is nice, friendly, helpful. As are all the employees. At the beginning of our stay, we were greeted in the room with a bottle of wine and fruit with nuts. Thank you very much, my boyfriend had a birthday and such unexpected bonuses create a great impression of hospitality! It was very useful after a long journey. The Turkish breakfast is delicious! Food delivery to the room, too, the dinners were excellent. This is if I describe it briefly :) If we are in Antalya again, we will definitely come back here. We recommend it!"

"My stay here was excellent. The staff were friendly and helped arrange a taxi on departure. The room was clean and I had all of the amenities I needed. If you want to be in the old town near Hadrian’s Gate this is a wonderful location. You are also a short walk to the sea where you can eat and have some great views. I didn’t get a chance to listen to the music in the restaurant for very long (as I was just passing by) but it sounded great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone in Antalya."

"Loads of kids everywhere, happily playing. It felt like they outnumbered the adults. Even in the adults-only (16+) zone, there were guests with infants, and no one seemed to say anything. On Saturday, the disco at the neighboring hotel was so loud you couldn't fall asleep before 11:30 PM. Overall, the hotel is good – the food was excellent, and the staff were fantastic. The 'fruit hut' was a really cool idea. In the evenings, there was a lounge cafe on the beach with a pleasant waiter. The beach was large and comfortable. Quick and easy transfer from the airport."

"Breakfast is under the medium. The entrance floor rooms came to the back street all night. The bathrooms were closed old and the shower cabin. We couldn't rest well because of the voice.It's good to have a parking. Workers are laughing faces. However, the rooms are a little different from the pictures."

"Amazing hotel with the best staff employeed. They are always happy to help and talk with the best smiles so you would miss them when you leave like they were your friends. Rooms are pretty good with all amenities provided however a little small. Special thanks to Mahsa, Sinan and Natali for making over stay wonderful."

"This was our first family(6 of us)trip to Antalya and a great decision to stay at this hotel. It has excellent amenities with polite and courteous staff. It was also first time we’d taken the ‘All Inclusive’ option and were very pleased. As well as using the main restaurants, I would strongly recommend pre-booking (1 day in advance)other ala carte Mongolian,Mexican and Sushi restaurants.The food here is great with excellent service and is included in the all inclusive option.There are a couple of cafe’s that serve unlimited hot and cold drinks. The hotel is set on a large area with 3 outdoor swimming pools and own private beach area with beautiful gardens.They also have daily entertainment activities. I would also recommend use of other amenities such Sauna and Jacuzzi(again free).The rooms were spotlessly cleaned daily. It’s in a relatively quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the old bazar/city. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel for value as we found it cheaper than other 5* hotels in the Lara beach area."

"Adults only hotel (over 12yrs) so booked two separate rooms for our family of 4. Greeted at the hotel by a lovely young woman after a late flight into Antalya. The hotel is in a great position to explore the old town and surrounds. The pool is divine and we spent plenty of time just relaxing. The included minibar was a welcome surprise as was the homemade lemonade, tea, coffee and snacks available 24/7. The rooms are nicely furnished with aircon and comfy beds. All staff we came across were professional, helpful and kind. I would definitely choose to stay here again and we really liked Antalya so we would love to come back."

"Very good location - in Old Town and close to plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping, the old city marina, hidirilik tower, karaalioglu park, and pick up point for day trips which is just outside the hadrian gate. The room was quite small and many things didnt function. Unaccessible bedside drawers, tv and safe didnt work, small old shower with no proper ventilation, no space to hang/dry anything except for wardrobe, beddings smelling of cat food. The ac worked really well though. The staff communication was polite yet terrible. I needed early check in and contacting them prior to staying was a nightmare. Either they didnt pick up, or if they did, they'd tell you they don't know/call back later. Upon arriving early morning 6am, we were told by the night shift manager that'd hed provide us the room early around 9am and agreed that it doesnt make sense to pay for early check in just for 3 hours and we could just lounge around by the pool until the. But this was a lie. The day manager simply dismissed us and asked for extra nights cost for a room that was in the attic with barely any space to stand straight. Frustrated and disappointed, we just ended up waiting till 2pm for check in. We didnt have wifi for an entire day despite complaining. The wifi in rooms is different to wifi in lobby which the staff didnt seem to understand. They simply didnt bother completing the wifi process which is why we couldnt access the wifi in the room. Throughout our stay, we had different information provided by different 5 staff which got very very frustrating. Water bottle and amenities etc is only provided on the first day which is not clearly mentioned in description. One staff told us there is housekeeping every third day when we requested for few things, however this isnt true as per other staff/owner. Breakfast was ok. Not much selection in warm food, only chips and sausages and eggs. The indoor area looks pretty with the plants and swimming pool. Lots of cute cats. There are 3 parrots and one of them talks! the noise levels are expectedly high if youre facing the pool area. Not ideal if youre a light sleeper. Overall, great location but needs better service."

"Very old air conditioning. He works, but does not cool at all. Just blowing a light breeze. It was not possible to sleep, it was hell. I'm so tired that there was no strength to find out. There was no password to wi -fi either"
