"The reviews and photos are very consistent, and since the night bus arrived super early, I could relax by the pool. The room and bathroom were both very spacious. Breakfast was a set menu, and the taste was decent. The service attitude was excellent, and it offered great value for money. The downside is that you can't shower after checking out. It's about 2 km from the lively night market, so you'll need to take a tuk-tuk to get around."

"I rarely write detailed reviews, but I couldn't pass this one up. Cambodia pleasantly surprised us, and I can confidently recommend this hotel, and indeed a visit to this wonderful place, to everyone! First off, we were able to check in early since our room was available, which was a huge plus after nearly a full day of travel. Even better, our room was upgraded to a higher category, which was a lovely surprise. The room itself was clean, spacious, and smelled wonderfully of some essential oil. I was also pleasantly surprised by the in-room tea station, where you could brew proper loose-leaf tea, not just tea bags. Breakfasts were excellent. Since we often left early for excursions, they prepared packed breakfast boxes for us. On the days we had breakfast at the hotel, there was plenty to ensure you wouldn't leave hungry. A huge bonus was the coffee machine where the staff would make your coffee. I particularly want to highlight the view during breakfast – if you're an early riser, you can catch a beautiful sunrise. We also ordered food from their restaurant, and everything was delicious. The hotel has a clean swimming pool (we saw them cleaning it early in the morning) and a small gym. You can also book a massage right at the hotel, which we did, trying their local massage – highly recommended! We also booked all our excursions through the hotel. The staff helped us choose trips for all our days, which was super because we didn't have to search for everything ourselves. Plus, we had a very negative experience with tuk-tuks in Sri Lanka, so this way we felt safer. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center, close to everything. All the staff were very kind and friendly. A big thank you to all of you; we wish your hotel prosperity and many more guests!"

"Overall a lovely hotel and what makes it were the incredibly friendly and helpful staff and the pool. The pool with a pool bar was a great place to cool off after a hot day exploring temples. The room (junior suite) was very good, but not quite 'excellent' since the shower wasn't properly hot and there wasn't quite enough wardrobe space. The location was good, but a bit further away, so we tended to take a tuk tuk which were readily available."

"I just loved this hotel and will certainly be back. The bed was so comfortable and we had free drinks in the minibar and a bath tub . I love that the swimming pool is 24 hours open and was just amazed when they told me that. The breakfast has a range of food from different cultures. I will be back."

"Listen up, folks. I'm not one to trash someone else's reputation, but I have to be honest in my review. Let's start with the positives: a pleasant property in an excellent location, a nice pool, and spacious rooms. However, there's a clear problem with the hygiene facilities and cleanliness in general. There was a terrible smell in the room, and it was hard to get rid of, considering that keeping the patio door open meant losing the little coolness that the awful (noisy and inefficient) air conditioners produced. Unfortunately, the biggest problems arrived on the second night: a blackout throughout the entire hotel at night, leaving us without electricity for about twenty minutes. Once I got back to the room and lay down for a while, I felt an intense itching on my shoulders: a bed bug had bitten me everywhere. I immediately asked for a room change, and in the new accommodation, I didn't find bed bugs in the mattress, but I counted 7 dead ones on the floor in various parts of the room. The hotel probably has an infestation, and instead of changing mattresses, they're just getting rid of bed bugs as they appear with spray or similar methods. But that's not how it works; the mattress needs to be replaced or completely treated with the proper extermination methods. Up until the bed bug incident, I could accept certain shortcomings, contextualizing everything within the objectively low price paid (€12 per night), but the bed bug issue is inexcusable. Furthermore, there was no official apology or offer of compensation for the damage, not even a symbolic one like a complimentary breakfast or something similar."

"Stayed for a week and got upgraded to the villa. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The villa could do with a bit of maintenance, fallen a little bit into disrepair but it's super spacious and clean which I appreciated. It's missing hangers and hooks so I had to pile up my clothes on the bench, there is no closet but open storage. Ironing board was provided, used my own iron as the hotel one doesn't have a steam function. The balcony is nice and the chair comfortable, was great to sit outdoors and research activities. I didn't use the restaurant, spa or pool. The location is great, lots of cool restaurants and bars in walking distance. That said, super loud music blasting from 5 pm till 4-5 am every night from the adjacent bar strip and the Hard Rock Café, so do bring earplugs..."
