"Lovely heritage hotel. Beautiful building and very friendly and attentive service. Perhaps sometimes a little too much. Pool was lovely and food delicious. Rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Only gripe was that the WiFi connection was not easy to connect to, took a long time and when eventually connected actually quite slow. Other than this would highly recommend. Beautiful gardens and some fun animals to see around"

"Wonderful hotel in the middle of the city of New Delhi. Location is great, clean and safe area with lots of trees around. 10-15 minutes walk to local markets. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, many choices, western and Asian food. Highly recommended. 🙏🙏"

"Excellent stay Food was great both In breakfast & dinner! All good except the hotel in 2025 doesn’t have an automatic room temperature  Control!! In a city like Delhi with cold days in winters &  Hot hot summers!! This needs to be updated Asap!! 5 star hotels can’t be offering space heaters as an Alternative!!"

"I stayed at this hotel for two separate nights because I did the golden triangle tour in India. The first night I felt more appreciated as a guest and was able to rest well after Travel. The second day was on Republic Day and I just feel the employees working were a little bit jaded. The exception is the bell desk which held my bags for five days during my golden triangle tour. Much appreciated. The first night I stayed through another app on WeChat and was very impressed with the decor and arrangement of the hotel. I was able to witness an Indian wedding with some music outside. The ATM is located in the financial building next to the hotel. For Republic Day, the city surrounding the hotel still had lots happening and worthy of photos. The restaurant service in the Indian restaurant was a little disorganized and took a long time. The salmon was delicious, kudos to chef. The view was not as good as the first night, but I still enjoyed the room itself as the sunrise was better for photo. The room service is exceptional.  I’m not sure if it was because it was dry day and holiday or not, but I feel there wasn’t as much enthusiasm from the employees as the first night.  By room phone, an employee told me to go to the Wine store because they were open and selling on holiday, and a random taxi took me to a scarf shop instead from their lobby taxi line. That was the only disappointment because I still had to pay the taxi to take me back to the hotel after being told that the employee who told me to go to the wine store was incorrect. This was concierge. Otherwise, I feel this hotel is the most affordable, considering the area of the government and embassy. I was told this is a five star hotel and feel that the area is generally safe and clean compared to other parts of the city or beyond the Delhi toll gate. Even though the air quality was pretty high, I was able to get some good photos on the second visit from the room view.  There is a really nice Japanese restaurant in there, and breakfast was good. I slept well regardless. Beautiful hotel with art displays on one of the floors."

"I was in New Delhi for and single night and upon recommendations from friends I decided to book this place. I love that it wasn’t very far from the airport and it was definitely very close to the center of Delhi with so many tourist attractions and shopping options and food places around within walking distance. The staff are very Very helpful and made sure that my stay there was pleasant. I had an early morning flight and the staff Packed my breakfast for me too."

"This was a truly wonderful stay! The hotel upgraded our room free or charge and the facilities throughout the hotel were excellent! The gym was huge, the pool, steam room and massage facilities were all top notch. The breakfast was also large and varied and the restaurants we ate at were all delicious! Thoroughly recommend."

"Breakfast is ok and can be full! It seems that an extra bed can be added, but the room is not large and may be crowded. It is better to use a sofa. My room has a bench. Yes, I can go on business. Basically, we go to the conference. We went to this hotel without booking the next Lila Hotel. It ’s not good to bring children. It is very remote. It's not convenient to go to the attractions. There are two malls next to it. Finally, don't stay here if you are not on a business trip, the hotel is fine. When you first arrive, you will suspect that you have taken the wrong place. This is the CBD? This is the CBD of NEW Delhi? Please see the photos"
