The room is clean and tidy, and the stay is comfortable. The customer service at the front desk is enthusiastic and the service attitude is very good. It is also very close to the village supermarket. It is just across the bridge. Parking is convenient. The boss also said that you can do laundry on the top floor. This is something I did not expect. I went out to play After a long day, there was no place to wash my dirty clothes, so I just went to the 7th floor to wash them. It was so thoughtful! This is the best hotel you will get in Rongjiang. I would say the standard of fit out is similar to a Atour hotel for example. However, this is a brand new property and has a lot of gaps and it feels like the hotel is at a pre opening stage rather than a fully opened hotel.
The Landry in very small basically only one washing machine and one dryer. But after each wash there was water leaks all over the floor as they have not installed the water pipes properly.
The rooms are clean but air con keeps on switching off and you need to keep on changing cold settings to turn it back on. Another annoying thing is the toilet light. Even when turned on the sensors will turn off the light halfway through a shower. So you need to wave the sensor to turn the lights on again.
The reception staff are friendly but clearly lack the polished service. I purchase two nights and added to additional night which I paid at the hotel. But the evening staff don’t seem to communicate with the morning shift. I received a call on the third day around lunchtime asking why I didn’t check out when I paid for two extra nights at reception.
There is supposed to be a gym but no equipment and the football field below is nice but entrance to the field is not yet setup.
Finally, breakfast is very very basic so don’t expect much. Noodles, eggs and a few veggie dishes but quality is quite low.

Very satisfied, the service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good, she explained the introduction patiently, and responded to all requests. The room was clean and spacious, the shower had a large amount of water, and it was equipped with a toilet mat and disposable bath towels for guests to choose from. There were two pillows, one high and one low, and the breakfast was rich. I plan to stay in this hotel next time. The transportation is convenient, there is free parking, there is a large farmer's market next to it, and there is a delicious pancake next to it.

Full marks for service go to a round-faced lady and their room service man. There was a small problem with the room that day, and they helped solve it in a timely manner. The service of these two is very good! Very patient throughout the whole process! Add chicken drumsticks to them! The service of the staff in the breakfast room is also good.
But their service does not mean that all service staff in the hotel have good attitudes. For example, when checking out, there was a thin-faced lady at the front desk who was indifferent and had no smile throughout the process.
The hotel is located not far from the football stadium, and it takes more than ten or twenty minutes to walk. However, it has been raining lightly here, so it is quite comfortable outside.

CColin MichaelIt was a little surprising to find such a well designed and appointment bed and breakfast in the middle of an authentic village. The on-site manager was amazing and made sure that we were comfortable and well fed the entire trip (including organizing a meal in the home of a local villager). The design aesthetic is beautiful, the windows wrapping the entire building give unparalleled views. The breakfast is simple but well prepared and filling. It features rice noodles, fresh fruit, hard boiled and fried eggs and a savory broth.
The hiking nearby is a little fake? So come to be relaxed and enjoy the slow life of a 500+ year old community. See still in-tact wells, bridges, and granaries that have supported this community that entire time. The cloth dyeing business nearby is a fun excursion and was probably the highlight of our trip. Meet the owner who is a woman who left academia to empower local women in the art of dyeing fabric and creating small businesses.

I called the B&B at the parking lot, and the manager pushed the electric luggage cart to pick us up to the B&B. The first three photos were taken from the parking lot to the B&B front desk to handle the formalities. Because we arrived at 10:30 in the morning, the guests in front of us had not checked out yet. After we completed the formalities, we went to the upstairs of the front desk to rest, and met the owner of the hotel and the beautiful yoga teacher. There was a problem with the air conditioning remote which took a long time to resolve, and it was difficult to heat the room thoroughly even when it was working. The proprietor is helpful, though be aware you may need to call her when you arrive if she's not at reception. The facilities in the room are basic, and I needed to ask for a kettle.

GGuerriniSuper nice and local experience in Dali Dong village. The shared bathroom was not a big deal, guests were not many and it felt almost like having a private one. I loved the shared space, where I could work with my laptop and enjoy the sunlight and river sound. The hotel personnel is very kind. Food is not provided/available but it’s possible to eat in local people’s home or the few “restaurants”available. Highly recommended. The room is not equipped with an AC, just a small fan that positioned close to the bed would do the job.
