It was a little surprising to find such a well designed and appointment bed and breakfast in the middle of an authentic village. The on-site manager was amazing and made sure that we were comfortable and well fed the entire trip (including organizing a meal in the home of a local villager). The design aesthetic is beautiful, the windows wrapping the entire building give unparalleled views. The breakfast is simple but well prepared and filling. It features rice noodles, fresh fruit, hard boiled and fried eggs and a savory broth. The hiking nearby is a little fake? So come to be relaxed and enjoy the slow life of a 500+ year old community. See still in-tact wells, bridges, and granaries that have supported this community that entire time. The cloth dyeing business nearby is a fun excursion and was probably the highlight of our trip. Meet the owner who is a woman who left academia to empower local women in the art of dyeing fabric and creating small businesses.

Landscape: The location is very good, you can see the Drum Tower in the room, and the view is wide, overlooking the whole village ～ When I first arrived in the evening, there was no bustling commercial gas main street, but the smoke was smoky, and the fireworks came up. The first three photos were taken from the parking lot to the B&B front desk to handle the formalities. Because we arrived at 10:30 in the morning, the guests in front of us had not checked out yet. After we completed the formalities, we went to the upstairs of the front desk to rest, and met the owner of the hotel and the beautiful yoga teacher. There is no air conditioning upstairs, and there is no need for air conditioning. On a hot day, it is enough to turn on the smallest electric fan. Before we finished our lunch, the waiter had already said that the sanitation of the guest room was ready, and the store manager had also explained that he had taken the initiative to upgrade us to the best room type in the B&B. The whole wall of floor-to-ceiling glass, outside is the balcony, and you can see the Miao village and terraced fields. The waiter brought us mountain spring water, which is convenient for us to make tea and coffee in the room. It is provided in the guest room. We sat on the balcony drinking tea and coffee all afternoon, waiting to take pictures of the sunset, but the weather was not good enough and we didn't take them. The B&B has yoga activities in the morning and evening, which need to be booked in advance. Just say it in the group and go there at the agreed time. It is in another house in front. We had three meals in the homestay, namely Miao home-style, braised duck, and beef in sour soup. Each time brought me surprises. The chef's skills here are very good, and the dishes made are at the level of boutique high-end homestays. Thumbs up! Every waiter was very polite and obviously well-trained. Because the big bed was facing the floor-to-ceiling glass, we were awakened by the sunrise in the morning. Although the weather was not very good, the rising sun rose from the distant mountains, and the strong light through the clouds was still very dazzling, and the good mood was opened! In addition, it is very cool here, and there is no need to turn on the air conditioner. It is very comfortable to turn on the ceiling fan at a low level.
