Muy bello lugar, confortable y excelente atención. Estuvimos 3 parejas y las 3 habitaciones muy cómodas. Las de la planta alta tenia un Lindisimo balcón. El personal muy amable. El desayuno bueno y si se cena en el restaurant la comida es muy buena. También preparan unas ricas tablas de queso

Hotel geeft zich uit voor 4****. Echter voldoet het helemaal niet aan de normen. Op de kamers geen koelkastje; geen koffie/thee faciliteiten; geen warm water (enkel koud); geen papieren zakdoekjes in de badkamer; geen flesje water noch glas in de kamer; ontbijt pas na 08u30; zeer slechte service in het restaurant. Na 3/4 uur wachten op bestelling voor 3p werd het ene gerecht zowat koud gebracht; het t****e min of meer ok maar voor de derde persoon zei men dat het bestelde niet in voorraad was. Iets anders besteld dat ook zowat koud werd geserveerd. Voor deze diverse redenen werd op nadrukkelijke vraag van ons - als ervaren reisleiders/reisorganisators - gevraagd om een compensatie. Werd gegeven; helaas bij thuiskomst werd door hen een som van 70,00 euro extra afgetrokken en dit zonder ook maar een bewijs dat wij iets hadden ondertekend voor akkoord. Aan het hotel en de maatschappelijke zetel een brief met de nodige kopijen van betaling ter plaatse gericht, helaas op heden zonder reactie. Het gaat hier om regelrechte fraude.

Aspecto descuidado, el cuarto de baño con una cristalera como puerta, le preguntamos al chico de recepcion por un sitio para picar algo y nos manda a una pizzeria, la cama bien, cómoda y limpio. Tranquilo, aunque había indicios de haber organizado un evento en el jardín, viendo opiniones ahora, me considero afortunado

Dommage, cet hotel aurait pu être une bel endroit, mais notre chambre était sale, le mobilier en très mauvais état , pas à la hauteur de son classement ! Passer le prix de votre chambre de 55 € à 105€ une fois que la reservation est faite parce que nous sommes venu avec un petit bichon de 3kg releve de l'escroquerie. nous avions accepté un supplémént de 15€ pour l'animal, mais nous annoncer un supplément de 35 pour nous changer de chambre, et de surcroit refuser notre annulation et ainsi nous prendre au piège n'est pas correct. la politique de l'hotel est de prendre de l'argent à ses clients par tous les moyens.

4* what a hoax. I would not even give it a 1 star. The room had 2 double doors out onto a dirty balcony. one of the doors was broken, so could close the door over night. noone to talk to about this. They have an amazing pool, but unusable due to hundreds of wasps all around the edge and in the water. when we mentioned this they this lad said oh yea we know we have a problem with that and the gardener was going to sort it, but has not. then tells us he started 2 days ago. Breakfast was an absolute joke so decided to pack our bags and go back into ronda for something to eat. when we signed out of hotel, there was no did you enjoy your stay, or even a good bye safe travels. just took our money and run. no apology for lack of swimming pool, no offerof any discount we certainly won't be going back.

What can I say this must be the most misleading Hotel I have ever stayed in! The pictures don’t tell you the true story.? This hotel is very rundown and definitely definitely not. Four star. On top of that the staff are very unhelpful. my wife left her purse in the room not in the safe but it was taken. He cards were not used but a large amount of money taken The Hotel didn’t want to help or talk about it! We have tried to contact them but they just put the phone down!!!!If you have booked this hotel please take my advice and cancel there’s a lot nicer ones in Ronda..theft is one of the worst things this hotel should be avoided at all costs

Quelle dommage soit disant nous sommes dans un domaine vinicole ….. et bah non…. Au dîner sur la carte 3 vins mais seulement 2 possible à déguster ok Après goute la demande de pouvoir en acheté …. Et bémol pas posible .. la gestion hôtel rien avoir avec le vinicole… Hôtel 2* au niveau tout !!! Quelle dommage …

Overall: A very disappointing experience. Wanted to stay for two nights, but decided to ask for a refund after one. The hotel has definitely seen better days. Pros: 1. Peaceful countryside environment. 2. Restaurant food is decent. 3. Room is spacious. Cons: 1. Toilet was cold witout hot water. 2. Smoke smell in the room from vent ( junior suite). 3. Was moved to the apartment for the second night, but the roof was leaking badly and toilet was flooded due to heavy rain.

Deze bodega ligt op een landgoed, maar heeft toch een moderne uitstraling. Vlakbij Ronda bij een doorgaande weg zodat je ruimte en mogelijkheid hebt om alle kanten op te rijden. En voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Ruim opgezet landgoed met groot zwembad even van het hotelgebouw af. Het was in februari nog te koud om te zwemmen, maar het leek ons heerlijk rustgevend. Goede verzorging, maar niets speciaals. Vriendelijke ontvangst. De eigenaar/gastheer is beperkt in de Engelse taal, maar alle andere zaken in het hotel zijn tweetalig en goed aangegeven. De ontbijtzaal is tevens restaurant en bar. Bestellen kan, aangezien er geen continue bediening is, even een puntje zijn. Het eten zelf is er goed en gevarieerd al hadden we het ontbijt overgeslagen. Daarvan leek ons de prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding niet gunstig. De kamer was voldoende groot al was er maar één stoel en weinig ander meubilair. Er is voldoende kastruimte als de ruimte in het halletje krap bemeten. Er is weinig licht bij de spiegel in de badkamer. We hadden een bad om ook in te douchen. Dat was een beetje aanpassen en oppassen. De kamer zelf was redelijk warm, al kon je er goed slapen. De gangen zijn wit en saai. Een vriendelijke eigenaar, maar het geheel is over het algemeen wat gemiddeld.
