Destino mágico, hotel no convenció.
La atención fue buena pero nos desilusionó que el cuarto tenía solamente una ventana interior que daba a un salón de eventos. Eso nos condicionó negativamente con respecto al hotel. Se veía todo un poco antiguo. Como cosa positiva, la presión del baño era excelente y la ubicación es muy buena. Y ...Ronda es mágica! Destino imperdible.

Rigtig fint ophold med lille 'skønhedsfejl'
Et fint nok ophold på et - men det skinnede ikke igennem - ikke helt nyt hotel. Der var intet at udsætte på det. Servicen var eksemplarisk elskværdig og problemløsningsorienteret.
Der var imidlertid dette lille 'problem': Vi havde booket værelser med udsyn over de smukke bjerge (kaldet: "Bjergudsigt" på hjemmesiden). Denne bestilling blev konfirmeret, men ved ankomsten blev vi henvist til to værelser uden den annoncerede bjergudsigt. Til gengæld var der udsyn til hovedgaden fra det ene- og en anden gade på det andet værelse.
Det skuffede os noget, men der var intet at gøre ved det, selv om den tjenstvillige receptionisten forsøgte.
Dette lille intermezzo ødelagde imidlertid - på ingen måde - ikke den altovervejende gode oplevelse ved vores 2 dages ophold på hotellet.
