Do not stay in this apartment. There was no front desk service and it was impossible to contact the hotel with no email or telephone number provided. I had to request the customer service at trip.com so as to receive check in details in advance. Worse still, the details were incomplete without the room number. I was stuck at the lobby and had to immediately contact trip.com customer service again. But even they were not able to contact the hotel this time. At last, to avoid sleeping on the street that night, I had to try the password given previously room by room to find my room. The room was marginally clean with used shampoo bottles found in the bathroom. And if you are considering this apartment with the view shown in the photos, trust me you will be disappointed. You cannot see the classical Ronda bridge in this apartment.

The room is very new and large. It can accommodate 4 people. We are a family of three generations with three children and elderly people, so we booked a suite.
You can see the Ronda Cliff from the room, and the location is also very good, right next to the Ronda New Bridge.
The only bad experience was that I called the hotel when I checked in and had to wait for 30 minutes before someone picked up. Later, they said that they had sent the check-in message to the email address in advance, but the email address booked through Ctrip could not receive it at all, so there was still a problem with this communication. It is recommended to call the hotel in advance before traveling. Because overseas people use WhatsApp... This hotel is not like a hotel with 24-hour check-in. We didn't meet the owner at all. We only communicated by phone and WhatsApp. If your English is not good, I may not recommend it.

I agree with Min’s review on 5/5. This property is spacious, comfortable and has incredible views. With just a few inexpensive additions in amenities and this property would be outstanding. Unfortunately, the lack of amenities ie:soap/bath gel is noticeable. A silicone barrier for the floor in the bathroom would fix the water issue from the shower. A few extras like perhaps some tea bags or coffee and a usb plug would elevate this place to the level that it deserves to be. However, the stunning views still make this place a great choice.
