I would recommend to all my friends and families! This place is amazing and all the staff is friendly and helpful. The activities (especially the Sungai Kernam Forest Therapy) are interesting and worthy. Taman Nagara is the oldest forest in the world, please visit this place if you have time. The room was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly, the food was good too!

A great place to stay while you explore the forest. The accommodation was great, good food, the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Our family of five had a super experience in Taman Negara - 3 days and 2 nights were ok…but we could have used another day of exploring the park.

Excellent location for jungle trekking for families. We stayed 3 nights. The lodge was beautiful and the food and service superb. Fazli & staff looked after us well. We did two treks and swimming with kayaking with our 14 & 10 year olds. Everyone had a great time. The guides were reliable and we felt safe. Highly recommend!

the lodge has nice rooms with a nice view of the forest and the river. the problem is the staff and the imposed trips the night safari is literally the tour of the parking lot the trip the waterfall is extremely modest the navigation on the river lasts five minutes but above all nobody tells you what is happening and therefore the aim from time to time a truly terrible service. Furthermore not helped by the nature that is lush but in fact devoid of animals and therefore what you see is simply a jungle with little more it would still be interesting but on their part the effort is truly minimal if not zero
