Hotels near La Rustica U.I.R., Rome

I had 2 negative experiences in this hotel, one of which was very unpleasant. First, the hotel could no longer find my reservation, but that was resolved very quickly. Then on the evening of the fourth day of my stay, I found an envelope on my bed with a 50 euro fine in it. At the reception, I was explained coldly that it is because it is forbidden to smoke in the room. The cleaning lady would have smelled the cigarette while cleaning the room. The problem is that I'm a non-smoker and I can't stand the smell of cigarettes either. It was particularly unpleasant having to convince the receptionist that I don't smoke. Finally, she withdrew the fine. I came 5 times in this hotel, and to be fair, I must say that the rest is perfect. The staff are professional (except for the fine!), smiling and helpful. The rooms are very well equipped and spacious. The breakfast is very good and it is possible to have dinner at the hotel.

The environment of this place is very good. The hotel has complete public facilities and complete hardware. However, the water and drinks sold at the front desk are a bit lacking. It would be good to stay in this hotel and go to the supermarket in Figure 3 to buy daily necessities.

It's a pretty good hotel It is a little far from the center of Rome, but the facilities are clean, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is excellent Sometimes, group tourists check in at once, so the lobby is crowded, so it's quite a lobby to stay except when it's crowded.

4 stars for cleaning. It was a smell of humidity and sewerage which is not directly linked to cleaning but to maintenance. 3 stars for Location. If you want to go to the center of Rome that's between 40 and 50 minutes walking + underground. 4 stars for the service. We had everything for a 3 stars hotel in the room. A Receptionist at night time was funny but the day shifts receptionists makes you feel you disturb them. When you say good morning, the minimum you except is à good morning back not a head mouvement. 1 star is missed for that reason. Amenities : the small towel is the floor mat. The fine towels are face towels.

As part of our ongoing Europe trip, I stayed with my aunt and my friend for 4 nights; we booked 2 rooms, our bed looked like a double but was 2 single joined so it was great for me and my aunt as we separated the beds. The hotel had good amenities - private bathroom was huge although for some reason the lights would just turn off randomly? I don't know if it was just our room or everyone else's. The swimming pool is only opened in the summer!! so it was closed for us, which was sad. The staff was really nice and they gave us extra blankets, coffee machine and a kettle when we asked for it! Really appreciated their help and trust me there was so many large groups always arriving at this hotel so they were doing amazing. We paid for dinner once and a breakfast. Dinner was hit or miss - I loved my Chicken salad, but the others weren't impressed with the burgers they had but breakfast was definitely better. I think the star was the beans because wow they were good. The only major cons about the stay was that our room was located right next to the elevator (same as Florence) and it was noisy all morning and late at night, plus some construction at like 8am ish so please if you can, ask for a faraway room! Also the distance from the city centre was quite tiring, yes it is only 23 mins metro from the Torre Angela station but an 11 mins walk from the station to the hotel and with our suitcases and the station exit not having any elevators, it was hard work. To get to the hotel side, you need to first go down the stairs, then up the stairs and go down again so if you are walking from the station to the hotel, be prepared!

This is a great value hotel. It is a four-star hotel with large rooms. The customer service on the first floor is also very enthusiastic and patient. It is surrounded by residential areas. There is a large supermarket opposite. The things are very cheap and complete. There are also several Italian restaurants. There is a bus stop at the door. I highly recommend it.

The hotel had very good access to transportation such as train stations, bus terminals, and subways. The surrounding environment was general, but the evening was relatively quiet, so it wasn't bad. The breakfast provided was relatively rich and satisfactory, and the hygiene and facilities of the room were good, so it was impressive. The kindness of the hotel staff was also very impressive.

The front desk attendant (young guy in his 30s with curly hair: on Tuesday Jan 10 5pm Rome time @ ARS Best Western hotel): The front desk attendant - he was threatening me with violence and was yelling obscenities telling me to f-off and to f-myself! I work for the embassy and nobody has ever talked to me like that ever! I don’t know what his problem was?? 😔 This is inexcusable / he’s telling me to f myself, and that I’m an *****, and to go f off - nobody deserves to be talk like this, no matter what. It is so sad because I stayed almost a week at this hotel and I really enjoyed it, all the other people were super nice and the service excellent! I am really sad, and I don’t know what the heck happened with this guy - I think he has mental problems & needs anger management therapy. So sad 😞 Ricardo

Hotels in downtown Rome are very expensive, but this hotel is very cost-effective. I stayed here for 3 days. It's a 2-minute walk from the penultimate station on Rome Metro Line A. It takes 13 stops from Rome Central Station, which takes about 20 minutes. Line A of the Rome Metro can go to Piazza di Spagna and the Vatican, which takes 40 minutes. There is also a super large shopping mall near the hotel, including a large Carrefour supermarket. The breakfast at the hotel was also great. The room is very quiet, the air conditioning system is powerful, and the windows can still be opened for ventilation. I will stay here again when I come to Rome.

Отель отлично расположен, прямо напротив есть автобусная остановка, откуда можно доехать до ЖД вокзала Термини (и не только), рядом станция Roma Nomentana (примерно 4 минуты пешком), метро тоже в пешей доступности, минут 7. У меня была группа пенсионеров и им не составило труда ходить до метро каждый день, так что рекомендую. Завтрак у нас был включен, состоит из меню, в котором есть три раздела: напитки, выпечка и дополнения (джемы, масло, хлопья и пр.) из каждого раздела можно выбрать по 2 позиции (всего 6 позиций получается). Поверьте, это достаточно сытно. А таких вкусных круассанов мы нигде не пробовали, потом долго их вспоминали и сравнивали с другими. В целом, если завтрак не входит - это не дорого. Каждая позиция стоит от 1 до 3 евро. Кстати, ресторан в котором проходят завтраки при отеле - вечером становится ”просто рестораном” с очень вкусной едой и доступными ценами. У нас вся группа там успела пообедать/поужинать и все в полном восторге. Мне этот ресторан FIGO рекомендовали даже мои итальянские друзья в Риме! Номера чистые, просторные, ежедневная уборка и замена полотенец - отдельный плюс! В номере всё работало. У одной пары из нашей группы плохо работал душ - сказали на рецепции, всё исправили в этот же день пока мы гуляли! Есть лифт, что очень важно для нашей группы и в целом, чтобы поднять чемоданы наверх. Рядом с отелем есть множество отличных магазинчиков, в том числе с готовой кулинарией, которой можно пообедать в лобби отеля. Сам отель расположен на станции метро Libia, она находится на ответвлении синей ветки римского метро, поэтому тут надо рассчитывать время. иногда поезд приходится ждать по 11 минут, но если вы уже бывали в Риме, то вы в курсе, что метро здесь не ходит как у нас каждую минуту. Рассчитывайте свой время. Со станции Рома номентана мы ездили с пересадкой в Тиволи, очень удобно. Прошли 4 минуты, проехали 1 станцию чтобы не ждать автобус и пересели на поезд до прекрасного Тиволи. Моя огромная благодарность сотрудникам отеля за такой радушный приём!
