While not in the historic center, Tiburtina Station (Metro Line B) and the extensive bus network offer superb connectivity. You can reach major attractions like the **Colosseum** and **Trevi Fountain** in just 15 minutes – incredible value! 🏨 **Modern and Spacious Suite Experience** Our **studio suite** exceeded all expectations. It was incredibly spacious with a clean, modern design, featuring a **well-equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge, coffee machine), a comfortable sofa area, and a large bed**. It truly felt like a home away from home. The room had excellent soundproofing, was spotlessly cleaned daily, and the bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area with strong water pressure – perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing! 🍽️ **Flexible Dining Options** Although there isn't an on-site restaurant, the hotel offers a **substantial breakfast package (available for an extra charge)**, delivered directly to your room. This was ideal for us late risers. The overall experience is really good, people are nice , the self check-in system, the environment is comfortable and with some facilities such as laundry & small games. The best thing is the comfortable open area where people have a small talk and a place to relax after a whole day meeting. Surrounding also has groceries like carefour and other convenient shops. Breakfast is also pretty good and there are a variety of options. I will stay at this hotel again if I have a trip to Rome again.

The room is clean, people are very comfortable, good breakfast! The hotel is antique but they have been well treated, inside the bathroom finds the toothpaste, dental stick, soap, etc. There is no mini bar. The night is very quiet. The area near the University, there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, very easy to add to the bus, metro. Excellent quality- price, I advise you!

The hotel is ok, small room, but it is not 4*, but 1* and 2*. No matter what the owner says, I travel often, but when there is nothing in the hotel! And I am not exaggerating, it is 1! This is both my rating and the stars of the hotel. The price does not recommend the service. There is no water in the room, no kettles even on request. Boiling water for tea is strictly for breakfast. What is this 4*?? No, the hotel is a night shelter - that means 1*!

The hotel facilities as well as the services were excellent! The only downside is that it's not really suitable for tourists who don't have a car to stay, because the transportation in Pisa is really inconvenient, if you unfortunately miss the last bus on the day you come to Pisa, then congratulations, your journey from the train station to the hotel will be very bumpy! (But I think you can call the hotel and ask them to help you contact a cab company) But the hotel staff was really great, they helped us contact TAXI to take us to the train station, to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and there were also shared bikes in front of the hotel that you could swipe and ride away. If you are on vacation with family and friends then this hotel is great, the rooms are huge with floor to ceiling windows and a huge garden and pool.
