I went on a rugby weekend to see the six.nations competition Italy v Ireland. The staff made me welcome upon my arrival and advised me on certain security issues when visiting the top landmarks in Rome to make my experience less intimidating which i appreciated enormously since was on this occasion travelling alone. I even requested and took on the recommendation of the staff member for a good local hair stylist. he he There are plenty of good bakeries and small bars and restaurants in the neighborhood making this an ideal location in comfortable surroundings. Tip outside the hotel a short minute walk, is a direct bus line to the Vatican. Allin.all great and knowledgeable staff and very helpful. Room was good and a speedy elevator my floor. breakfast was sufficient with plenty of fruit and choice, Do get the Roma 72 pass i used the public transport quite often.

We arrived an hour early and upon calling there was a bit of an issue letting us in. But once that was sorted, it was smooth sailing. The room is a good size, the bathroom very big, clean and modern. The beds were comfy and air con worked well. Daniel, the owner, was great and let us keep our luggage there after we had checked out for the day in the secure foyer. It was much appreciated and really good customer service. It’s in a perfect location being so close to Roma Tiburtina station- literally a 5 min walk. The building is secure and there is a ramp and lift for luggage. Can’t go wrong. There’s also a balcony with a table and chairs set up which is a nice touch.

The apartment is not new but the room is newly renovated. It is generally clean. It is not very spacious but it fits for two pax. Everything is new and clean. There is a coffee machine with capsules and water tank refilled daily. Shampoos and body shampoos are refilled daily. The check-in can be done remotely via phone call. The host is helpful. The nearest Metro stations are Bologna and Tiburtina.

Before you book, check if the air conditioner works, we were there a week ago and the air conditioner didn't work at all in the entire hotel and it didn't even appear on the hotel's website, very small rooms and terrible noise from the kitchen every morning, a small bathroom and if you're fat you can't get into the shower One of the days they didn't change our towels and we went to the reception to get clean towels One very small elevator that serves the entire building Apart from the location of the hotel, all other things are beyond criticism Good luck to those who order anyway
Sensation House

recently stayed at Sensation House during my visit to Rome, and while the place had its merits, there were a few significant drawbacks that left me disappointed. I believe it is essential to share my experience to help future travelers make informed decisions. Firstly, let's start with the positives. Sensation House boasts a decent location, which allowed for convenient access to popular attractions and public transportation. The staff members were polite and attentive, offering assistance whenever required. The overall ambiance of the place was pleasant, and the cleanliness standards were satisfactory. However, there were two significant issues that overshadowed these positive aspects. The first concern was the ineffective air conditioning system, which proved to be a major letdown considering the scorching heat in Rome during my stay. The A/C unit struggled to cool the room adequately, making it uncomfortable and difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. This issue significantly impacted the overall experience and left me feeling dissatisfied. Another disappointment came in the form of the extra bed provided for my son. The bed was unbelievably small and the mattress, remarkably thin. It was far from comfortable, and my son had trouble sleeping on it. Given the price I paid for the room, I expected better quality and comfort for the additional bed. This aspect left a lasting negative impression on our stay. Moreover, considering the aforementioned issues, the price of the accommodation felt unjustifiably high. I believe that the quality of the amenities and services provided did not match the price tag, and I was left with the feeling of having overpaid for my stay. While Sensation House has potential, I would strongly recommend that the management address these concerns promptly to enhance the overall guest experience. A more efficient air conditioning system and better quality extra beds would go a long way in improving customer satisfaction and justifying the price charged. In conclusion, my recent stay at Sensation House in Rome was marred by the ineffective air conditioning and the subpar extra bed provided. Considering these factors and the relatively high price, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. However, with necessary improvements, Sensation House could become a more appealing option for future guests.
