When I checked in, the old man with white hair at the reception was kind and everything was comfortable. The rooms were also clean. In the evening, I was not feeling well and I vomited and had a stomachache, so I complained about the room door not opening quickly, but the reception and staff were quick and kind. At first, the room key did not work well, so the cleaning lady told me. When I left the window open at night, a bad smell came in from the street, so I checked and the window did not close tightly. The good thing about this hotel is that all the staff are kind.

It was a very European place that had a great funny staff that knew the drinks! I'm 6'2 and the beds were so comfy! It was down the street from the Colosseum. Great access to Rome.
The hotel is situated on a lively square. It is clean, appears newly renovated (in the rooms) and well maintained, with a reasonably attractive aesthetic. The accommodation is plain and simple: a bit student dorm-like with small rooms, but the room is pleasant, and clean, and the aircon actually works (unlike most in Italy). The lobby is staffed 24 hours a day (which is a plus), and the staff are helpful. The downsides are the small room size (oddly did not bother me) and the thin cheap doors. I chose to stay here rather than an airport hotel during a transit, and found the experience quite fun, being able to walk around Rome for a few hours overnight. ONE PROBLEM I would mention is that they are currently renovating the top 2 floors of the hotel (4 storeys) ... and it makes a lot of noise in the morning if you are trying to sleep after 8am. If you get out of the room before 8am, it probably won't bother you too much ... but if you like staying up late, I would find somewhere else to stay. Also, the hotel should warn guests of the problem, and they do not.

The lobby is small but the decoration style is very high-end. The service is also great. They also upgraded our room for free. The point is that we were supposed to check in at 3 o'clock. We arrived at the hotel at more than 10 o'clock in the morning and we were allowed to check in directly. It is within 10 minutes from Rome Territory train station. Although it is not near various attractions in Rome, it is about 18 minutes walk from the Colosseum. But it is relatively quiet with few people. Since we have to take the train to the airport the next day, this hotel meets our requirements very well. The overall experience is very good
The hotel is a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum. It is also about 12 minutes from the airport train station. The location is OK. However, I feel that the hotel is old-fashioned and the facilities are relatively old. The most wanted thing is that there is no quilt. It is a blanket for each person. It is a little thin, and it will be cold when sleeping... In addition, the sound insulation effect is not good, some people can talk in the corridor, you can hear Should not choose this hotel again
It's a fast chain hotel.
The good points of this hotel: the location is very good, the train station and various attractions are within walking distance. I booked this hotel on the spur of the moment to catch a flight, which is very convenient.
The front desk is very enthusiastic, and there is a grandfather who is very nice. I went to catch the train at 5 am. Since the elevator 🛗 is a manual one, if there is a floor that is not closed, the elevator will be useless. The grandfather personally helped me lift the suitcase to the first floor!
The price-performance ratio is too high! It is the cheapest hotel I stayed in during this trip to Europe.
If you want to experience living in a beautiful old house in Rome, this is a very good hotel

A good hotel near republica metro station, lot of shops nearby and extremely good location.Good breakfast. The rooms don’t have AC ,especially if you travelling from UAE that might be a news for you.Overall good one!The easiest and economical way to reach the hotel is to take Train Italia from Rome to Termini and take bus no 62 to reach the hotel ,its just 2 stops away.
Friendly staff available 24/7 have local knowledge. The room was spacious and luxurius. Although no meals can be provided a snack option is available at reception for free, with fresh baked items...though a small selection it was scrumptious.
Have recommended this hotel to friends who will visit Rome soon.
First of all, I don't seem to see Chinese evaluations on this platform, so in order to avoid other friends stepping on the pit and writing some words, This is not called a hotel, you can understand it as a homestay. And you locate it there according to his address, don't doubt that he is a gate that is particularly like a community. As shown in Figure 1, After you find a way to enter the first door, you will see a particularly old elevator, but go down the stairs next to it and pass through a yard. After seeing the second elevator, I went up to the sixth floor and they lived in their home. All residents, so I think it is a homestay. This ancient elevator needs to be paid attention to that you need to close the wooden door and the iron door outside after you enter. It is equivalent to two doors. You have to close them and you can press the button. The English at the front desk is not very good. The room is not big and the sound insulation is not very good. And I booked a room with three beds on Trip.com. After I arrived, I found that there was a bed. Although Ctrip's customer service finally made up a difference for me, how much still affects the travel mood. The room is OK, the balcony I feel is a large public balcony outside, the kind that can pass by people, sleep at night and go out during the day must remember to close the window.
The room is very nice, the service is very considerate, the location is good and travel is convenient.

Great
CCHUQIAOThe overall room is not big but it is enough for our three temporary accommodations. It is close to various attractions and convenient for our short stay. All stays are very pleasant 😀
AAlexKornWe arrived at 10 AM and had some trouble finding the entrance. The main door was closed, and no one answered when we knocked. We called the phone number, but the person only spoke Italian. Fortunately, some guests were leaving and helped us get inside. There was no one at the reception, but later someone responded in English via WhatsApp.
We left our bags and came back later — the room was ready on time at 3 PM. The bed was comfortable, there was also a small sofa, the room was clean, and the bathroom had all the essentials. However, the main shower head was leaking a bit.
The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk through the park to the Colosseum, and the metro is nearby. For the price we paid, it was a very good deal overall.
GGuest UserThis was the last stop on our Italian trip, and it was the most comfortable hotel. We booked a family room, which consisted of a small single room connected to a double room, each with its own bathroom and comfortable bedding. The mineral water was provided on check-in day, but not on the second and third days. However, providing it daily would have greatly improved guest satisfaction.
The location is excellent, and while the Vatican requires a taxi, the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon are all within easy reach.
It happened to be during the Holy Year, so I experienced the pilgrimage.
LLukeGreat location, clean hotel and friendly staff. Only comment would be the ironing room located on the 1st floor, if housekeeping could let a few rooms have them it would save walking across the hotel
KKaKeKaWhat does a traveler who descends to the city of Rome ask for?
However, if there is a place that is enough to be the axis of the trip, that is, if there is a sign of a person who carries a great location, clean, and touches the heart of the heart, that is good.
This hotel was exactly the real thing. If you step out of the hotel, the Cathedral of Santa Maria Maggiore spreads in front of you like a painting, and it is easy to reach the Rome termini station by dragging a large pass. In addition, the old arena Colosseum and the fountain of love Trevi are within walking distance. It is in a perfect position as a base to check the time and space that the city of Rome is proud of with its own feet.
The bath and toilet are clean and the rooms are neat. The reception of Miss Jasmine at the reception was warm like an old friend, and made me forget the tiredness of the trip.
Unfortunately, there are two points. One is that there was a floating object in the water of a shared coffee maker that could be seen as dust or mold. Hygiene is the basis of civilization. Another thing was that I was suddenly told to pay the accommodation tax at check-in. If there is a communication means called WhatsApp in advance, the preparation and mentality of the guests are very different just by notifying them.
Still, I am not hesitant to write this inn as ”satisfaction”. Maintain quality and unparalleled in location. The value of travel is formed by such a small sum.
GGuest UserGreat location, friendly host, great pizza bar across the road. Close to train terminal. Would have liked if safe was secured and able to be used and air conditioner in need of cleaning/service as mouldy. Overall an okay stay
MMANLIThe biggest feature is that the drink tube is enough. I did not finish the drink for the three nights alone. Of course, I liked the juice. I drank both bottles. The potato chips were also eaten. Drinks, dining environment is also very good, there is a handsome waiter, everyone can feel it.
ААнастасия аберманиExcellent hotel, very friendly staff. I arrived at 8 am and wanted to leave my suitcase, but they checked me in earlier without extra charges because my room was free. It is very convenient that there is a kettle, paper cups, tea, coffee, sugar in the room. The safe is very conveniently made in the wall. Very good location next to Termini and a little further away is the Colosseum, and in general all the sights are within walking distance. I did not take breakfast because I wanted to have breakfast in cafes. When I checked out, they gave me a branded desk calendar. I would gladly stay at this hotel again! I did not find any cons
