Very cozy rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, especially Kristina on reception. Room was supervised super well, very clean, beyond the standard expectation.. Cleaning staff is very attentive. Thank you for assisting us with late check out, and helping us enjoy Rome again.

Thank you very much to the owner of the hotel for your hospitality and kindness towards us. Our flight was postponed and we arrived late in Rome, the owner provided us with late check-in remotely, which was very convenient. we stayed for 2 nights and had cleaning done, towels changed and drinking water refilled in the room. there was also a light snack and capsules for the coffee machine. The room was clean, spacious, good bed linen and snow-white towels. After checking out, we were able to leave our things at the reception until the evening. I recommend this hotel

We had pleasant experience with our stay at Hotel Franklin. Room & bathroom was clean. Room was a bit small & desk & luggage table was not a standard size, shower door was leaking a lttle bit so floor in front of shower place will be wet but you can always cover with rug. Shower working well & enjoy warm bath after exhausting day trip. Overall is great experience & will choose to stay again if we ever in Rome. Stevano at front desk was very helpful with technical assistance when we tried to work on forms for US embassy because our papers was stolen during our ride with Rome subway

Structure in the neighborhood of Prati and courtyards and quite near Olympic stage, quiet neighborhood well connected with the means .
