1. First of all, the facilities in the room are not consistent with the pictures. The wardrobe is just a shelf, there are no tables and chairs, and there is no trash can in the room.
2. Every compartment on the towel rack is covered with thick dust🥹Don’t dare to use towels
3. The single bed creaks when you turn over.
4. Send WhatsApp messages throughout the process for self-service check-in. We didn't see any staff until we checked out.
5. The only advantage is that the hotel is very close to the fountain and Spanish Steps
6. Leave a message to us. The restaurants circled on the map and introduced are very good.
7. The city tax charged by the hotel was 7 euros more than what was charged on the booking form. I commend Ctrip’s customer service. After feedback, the customer service asked an agent to help me get the difference back. After I complained about the inconsistency in the hotel pictures, the customer service asked me to send him pictures and then took the initiative to apply for compensation for me👍Ctrip staff are still responsible

This is my first time in Rome as a Japanese person.
I had a hard time choosing a place to stay, but I chose this one because it was easily accessible.
It was the right choice.
It was easy to get to everywhere, the balcony was spacious, and the evening drinks were great.
The owner was also kind, so I think women would feel safe here.
I'll come again!

I recently stayed at an amazing aparthotel in Rome and couldn't recommend it enough!
The beautiful front desk lady was incredibly helpful and patiently explained all the details of our stay. She even spoke perfect Chinese, making communication completely seamless. What a pleasant surprise!
After check-in, she even sent us important information via WeChat, including nearby restaurants, pharmacies, and emergency contact information. This was a real relief for those of us who don't have access to many messaging apps abroad!
The location is incredible! So many attractions are within walking distance. For more distant destinations, the bus stop downstairs is a hub, providing easy access to everything.
The room was absolutely amazing—spacious, well-equipped, and even allowing for self-catering. There's also a supermarket nearby, making it incredibly convenient for groceries. Perfect for both sightseeing and a short stay!
For those visiting Rome, take my word for it: this aparthotel is the perfect choice. It's a truly memorable experience and you won't be disappointed!
Hotel location is very good, 5 minutes from the subway. It is also close to the fountain and Plaza de España. Pantheon and Colosseum, walk for 20 minutes.
The sanitation is very clean, the service is very good, we like it very much, stayed for four nights, praise!

Very close to Plaza de España! The room is very clean, and the space is not small in a place where there is a lot of money. There are many types of breakfast to choose from, and the croissants are very delicious! Monica was very enthusiastic, recommended us delicious local restaurants, and gave us red wine!

Objection evaluation:
Firstly, the location is great. You can walk to main scenes for around 20 minutes( except Vatican, 40minutes). And the taxi fee from Termini to hotel is 10 euros. Besides, you can take taxi conveniently because there is a taxi station nearby(around 100 meters).
Secondly, the “check in” session is not convenient for guests who book this hotel for just several days ago. Because there is not a email with guides and you have to explore everything by yourself.
The hotel is in a building, which also contains other hotels. It’s just close to Timberland and Apple store. And you can’t open the gate because it needs a key. Luckily, we met a person who lives there and he let us in.
Then you should take the elevator to 5th floor and walk downstairs for a half floor. Now you will find that you don’t have the password to get in. We knocked the door but nobody answered. So we made a phone call and sent our information by sms. And finally, later an employee came out. She is a good person and it seems like that she also does housekeeping. Thus she may not hear our knocking.
The room has a beautiful view. But you can hear car horn. There were no free water, slippers or toothbrush. You need to prepare by yourself. And the bath pipe was broken and it leaked a lot of water. Also we couldn’t find the switch for exhausting fan in restroom.
That is what I experienced in this hotel. Overall the hotel is fine. Hope my experience can help more people~

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a very central location, on the fourth floor of a historic building. The hotel is small, probably there are 5-6 rooms, but the security is good, the staff is very enthusiastic (help us a lot). Each room has a separate balcony, immersed in Rome.
In addition, downstairs is the luxury square, it is very convenient to go anywhere, you can go back on foot after a good meal at night! If you want to feel the Roman style, the hotel is a good choice.
GGuest UserGreat location. Found fast thanks to the photo. Who will go, remember, you need a tower. Apartments right in the tower.
The Deluxe room is small, lacks cabinets, shelves in the bathroom and jars! I hope the managers will hear me and supplement the apartment necessary.
The managers were contacted on whats” up, very pleasant, asked how things were needed.
There is heating (we were in February), clean, comfortable.
The only thing! To get up, you need to go up the stairs. For someone it can be a problem.
There is no dining table, only the bar. It would be uncomfortable for children to sit.

CCesar PardoA nice boutique very well located in Rome. Close to both the railway station and metro. Service is handled by a local who is helpful and is constantly checking if your stay is going well.
旅旅This store is really ... It's too difficult to find, almost gave up, and asked a lot of people, and later, this, and that ... Almost looking for the bust ... the hotel is relatively small, maybe this is the case in the ancient city Yes, but there are all the facilities, breakfast is rich, the main thing is that it is convenient from Plaza de España and the wishing pool. It is recommended if the price is right

GGanThere is no sound insulation in the room at all, and it is a bit spit when talking too loudly. There was renovation upstairs on the second day of my stay, and I was woken up early in the morning! I am dissatisfied because I did not notify first.
Another part no Any complain. Can recommed to My Friend.

GGuest UserThe overall room is relatively clean, the space is large, and the location is very good. It is very convenient to go to some surrounding attractions. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. People coming and going at night will not feel scary. The only drawback is that it is a little noisy at night because It faces the street. I slept with headphones on the first day, and the sound from the street was very noticeable.
一一只喜欢旅行的吃货The hotel is in a good location, right on the street, it is more convenient to find, it is about ten minutes away from the terminal train station. The hotel room is quite small, these two barely managed, the restaurant is next to the reception, breakfast I eat almost everything
