Rome Borgo Hotels

The service is excellent. Breakfast is included. There happened to be a bus strike that day. We wanted to go to the station. The waiter booked a car for us the night before. He also packed breakfast for us in the morning. The room was also good. There was no lighting and it was a bit dim, but all the facilities were complete. It's a good new hotel.

The room facilities are OK, it is very convenient to be a step away from the Vatican, and the traffic can be very close to the subway. But the downside is that there is no kettle and no cup in the bathroom. And there is no one at the front desk to pick up the waiter, and the door lock has to call. This is not convenient for overseas customers!

The staff was sweeet, especially the lady in the looby and the ladies in the eating room. The hotel is not that big, but the rooms are still nice and clean. The hotel is very close to the Vatican, in a street filled with restaurants. Best pasta I ate was the ravioli in the restaurant in front of the hotel!

The balcony and breakfast were all great. So was the lounge area. However, there are no mosquito screens inside the room and throughout the hotel. A few flies were also inside the room. It was also very dark. The air conditioning didn’t work well. The cleaning could be much better. The staff was kind and the breakfast ends at 10:30, much later than some other places. No late checkout. The kitchen was nice but we didn’t use it. There was also a microwave. The area is very quiet and nice. Across from a courtyard where students seem to rest. The bed was comfortable and the storage was more than enough. The bathroom was great. It’s much quieter area here than in central Rome still close enough to be very walkable. A few restaurants around close late. Felt safe at night. Internet great. Staff very helpful and kind. Vatican and Castel both right there. Bridge as well. À carrefour supermarket around the corner as well as a place to buy bus tickets. Luggage storage great. The elevator is very small and doesn’t go up unless from the ground floor.

It is very close to the Vatican Cathedral, which is very suitable for taking photos and traveling. The hotel staff is also very hospitable. I will book here next time I come to Rome

The room is average, like a domestic express hotel. Breakfast is perfunctory. However, the location is good, the terrace can see St. Peter's Square in the Vatican

The restaurant on the sixth floor and the open-air bar on the top floor overlook the St. Peter's Basilica, which is the hotel's biggest selling point. In countries where consumption is paramount, language cannot communicate. As long as you remember to tip the waiters, Italian waiters who do not speak Chinese will also use traditional Chinese characters and Japanese Hiragana to put together Chinese notes to tell you the hotel's time and floor for breakfast.

The room was very clear.

Very clean hotel rooms in a quaint building near the Vatican City; nice bars and restaurants downstairs; the concierge was friendly and helpful. Me and my cousin enjoyed the stay.
