La struttura è gestita da una nuova proprietà e si chiama Residenze Serventi Longhi. E' un'affittacamere davvero elegante, con ogni comodità in camera: bollitore e macchinetta del caffe, si viene accolti da una bottiglia di vino! Cordialità e simpatia!

Nei miei vari soggiorni a Roma è il migliore in assoluto. 10 in tutto..gentilezza dei proprietari, posizione zona centrale e tranquilla sopra la metropolitana e fermata degli autobus, comodità del letto, camera spaziosa e pulita, bagno grande, colazione al bar. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

My family and I stayed in the luxury quadruple room for 2 nights. We informed the hotel that our flight would only reach in the evening and when we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff, Athena. She was very friendly and helpful and made our check in very pleasant. The room was large, spacious and clean with a double bed and 2 single beds with a modern ensuite bathroom. Window view from our room was also very scenic. The hotel also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and some bottles of water and orange juice. We enjoyed our stay here and it felt very safe with triple key security for the building itself. We highly recommend this place.

Super consigliato! Ci siamo fermati per due notti e la sistemazione è stata ottima! Particolari molto apprezzati: camera spaziosa e pulita e doccia grande disponibili acqua e macchinetta caffè compresi nel prezzo (oltre a una bottiglia di vino e bollitore) set di cortesia comprensivo di ciabatte e spazzolino da denti (sempre utile perché si dimentica spesso a casa) possibilità di lasciare in struttura le valigie dopo il check-out e poterle riprendere successivamente Lo consiglio assolutamente, la struttura si trova in ottima posizione proprio sopra la metro, è in un palazzo signorile al terzo piano con ascensore, molto comodo e in zona ci sono ristoranti e taverne, si arriva in centro (zona Colosseo) in pochissimo, sia a piedi sia con i mezzi. Ci tornerò sicuramente se alloggerò a Roma.

The accommodation was lovely inside with all the required amenities. It was really well situated right beside the metro station and 20 minutes walk from the colloseum. It was a little difficult to find but other than that it would be hard to find fault. Lovely host and great value for money.

My arrival in Rome was rushed, since my flight was delayed and I arrived at Termini at 10pm, despite everything the lady at the hotel sent me instructions to enter via WhatsApp. It is a nice location with the wall behind...... 20 blocks from the Coliceo, you can get there easily by walking or by subway (it is 10 meters away) or by bus which is also 100 meters away at most. I had 5/5 days with a flood so I was saved by having a pizzeria right next door, very delicious and a Burger King too (which provided us with wifi so we could notify the hotel that we arrived. Returning to the hotel, we liked that it has coffee and tea complete courtesy and amenitis. Excellent

Very well located, next to the San Giovanni metro station and several bus lines. The room was very comfortable, well soundproofed compared to the others. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and has everything you need. The attention of the staff was very good. I recommend it and would repeat it without hesitation.

Very bad experience. The acommodationn was great. Very spacious for four persons. Very kind and helpfull staff. The locations was perfect. The San Giovanni metro station is just in front of the acommodation. The buses to the city center are just a few meters. Several restaurants, coffes and stores in the neighborwood.
