Really speechless 🙄️. It was originally a very good hotel (located in the Campo de' Fiori in Rome, full of immersion, with a very cute and sweet appearance, with green ivy and bright yellow walls all over the walls. There are three delicious restaurants downstairs, and A small Carrefour supermarket, the service is actually very old-school and gentlemanly), but there are some problems with the room (not entirely the fault of the hotel). I hope Ctrip can also improve it together and help more people who love traveling to book To your favorite hotel. Okay, let’s talk about this hotel. Like most old “boutique hotels” in Europe, this hotel has a main building and two (note! Two!) annex buildings. The annex buildings are apartments! apartment! And it's a very old apartment with no elevator! Imagine carrying a suitcase up the old-fashioned stairs in Europe. Although there is a waiter, it is not in the main building. It is very troublesome to call the waiter! One annex building in particular is on the other side of the square! (The suitcases are on the old square pavement in Europe, which is paved with small stones. Think about it for yourself😅😅😅) Moreover, the sound insulation of this distant building is very, very poor. People upstairs move as if they are in your ears. Although you book this The people in the hotel are relatively well-educated and it's quiet at night, but it's still scary when you walk around. Therefore, if you can book the main building of this hotel and the off-season price is available, I will continue to recommend it (but the room in the main building is very small, only 17 square meters); if you can’t book it, choose another hotel🥱🥱🤦 Figure 1-3 shows the appearance of the main building of the hotel; Picture 4-8 shows three very good restaurants downstairs. One is for coffee and breakfast, and the other two are very good for lamb chops, seafood and pasta; Picture 9 is one of the annexes. I can only say, well, very, very old Rome🤦♀️😓

This place was really solid. We came from the New York City area and we figure Rome is a giant city like that so it’s hard to get pleasant accommodations for a reasonable price. We found this one, and it was quite reasonably priced, but the accommodations were really top-notch. Everything was comfortable and clean and spacious, and the hotel staff was extremely accessible and responsive. The Neighbourhood is also fantastic, it’s right in the middle of a great area of Rome, lots of restaurants nearby, you’re in the middle of everything. Next time we go back to Rome, we will definitely look at this place again. This hotel is an excellent choice. By the way, we stayed in the apartments, we had a family of four and the apartment was just fantastic.

The best part of staying this hotel is the friendly staff! Especially Valentina, who welcomed us with warm welcoming atmosphere, she helped us looking around the city by suggesting where and when to go since we had only 2 days in Rome. We also went to Emma, a pizza restaurant she recommended, and we loved it a lot! The location is very convenient to access main sightseeing sites. There’s no complementary drinks in the room but there’s a supermarket opening from early morning to late at night right around the corner of the hotel. And this is a good news for Japanese, there is a man who speaks Japanese really well! He works from midnight to 8 am so if you really need some assistance in Japanese, he will help you finding a solution! My husband and I were satisfied overall but we’ve got 2 problems throughout the stay. Firstly, the hair dryer stopped after using like 3 minutes every time! (Then it started working again when we leave it for a while) Next, we could hear every noise from outside the room. Our room was right next to the lift, so every time people use it, we could hear the bell and chat! ( I opened the door thinking it was the door bell fort the first several times ) Other than that, we really loved the hotel and staff working there including the cleaner lady so we will come back to the hotel if we visit Rome again.

Spectacular location, service, rooms, and view. Staff took good care of us, we walked everywhere, and the rooms were a comfortable retreat after a full day of exploring.

We had the most amazing stay at Boutique Hotel Campo de’ Fiori during our honeymoon! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly by the incredible front desk team — special thanks to Lorenzo and Valentina who were absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is full of charm, beautifully decorated, and in the absolute best location in Rome. You can walk to all the major landmarks, incredible restaurants, and the vibrant Campo de’ Fiori square is just steps away. The rooftop terrace is simply spectacular — the 360-degree views of Rome are breathtaking. We spent so many lovely evenings up there watching the sunset over the city. This hotel made our honeymoon feel truly special. It’s romantic, cozy, and the staff really make you feel at home. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

From the very prompt, efficient handling of my reservation, to the wonderfully hard mattress, my only complaint is that I didn't stay longer - on this visit! My exquisitely decorated room at the back of the hotel (104) was the perfect, tranquil retreat from the chaos of Rome. There was even a kettle and a selection of teas! Breakfast in the frescoed basement was good, the staff amazingly kind and helpful. I can wait to go back.

While the rooms are beautiful, and the historical center location is perfect, the best part of our stay were the phenomenal people who work there, who were kind and professional and took such good care of us. They went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable, happy, cared for, and had our best experience yet in Rome.
