Excellent location. All the major sites are walkable.
Aircon is good. Shower is powerful.
Would recommend if you don’t need too much guidance as you will be left alone which is what we like.

Location: Plaza de España, convenient for shopping.
Bathroom: Facilities and drainage are not so good.
Security: No security guard on duty at night.
Keys are handed over via a key box.
No shared space. An apartment where you either stay in your room or go out.

It was very close to the Spanish Steps and other tourist attractions were within walking distance. There was also an elevator, so it was easy to get around even though it was on a high floor. 😊 The bed was a drug bed in particular. I slept well :)

I have been contacting the hotel to change the date of my stay and they never respond to my calls or emails. They just sent me a robot communication via *********** saying no availability and no refund, therefore they are stealing our money without for us to have the possibility to stay at the hotel. Very bad manners and customer service! Ho contattato hotel per cambiare le date del pernottamento e non rispondono alle mia chiamate e emails. Mi hanno mandato una comunicazione automatica via *********** dicendo no disponibilità no rimborso, in effetti stanno prendendo i nostri soldi senza che abbiamo la possibilità di stare in hotel. Maleducati e non in grado di comunicare con i clienti.

We had an excellent stay. The room was perfect for our family of four. The location is so central, we walked everywhere which is the perfect way to explore. There is a really nice restaurant Ginger about two doors away which did a good breakfast selection. Marco was extremely helpful and attentive if I had any questions either before or during our stay. Would not hesitate to recommend.
