Beside the Vatican

Well we had read the previous reviews and could not wait to stay in this B&B/hotel and we were not disappointed. We travelled as a family of three and had my 19year old son staying in one of the family rooms, which was perfect for our stay of four nights. We had been in touch with Alessandra beforehand and she seemed lovely, efficient and so helpful but when you meet her the service levels go up even higher. She is truly fantastic, spending time with us to find out what we wanted from our trip and giving us some great tips and advice. She is a true gem and I have been lucky enough to have stayed in some amazing high end hotels worldwide but I can safely say this is the best service I have ever had. The breakfasts were great and again her attention to detail was superb. The area is 10 minutes walk from St Peter’s and 25 to city centre Rome, we walked everywhere and an hour being the most away from the Colosseum. We went local for meals two nights and they were superb and then ate out in town the rest of the time. The accommodation really doesn’t look like much from the outside but do not worry it is a nice area with the inside being clean, well air conditioned and superb value for what we paid. Very warm, hospitable and personable! Alessandra and Alessia are simply the best! Best location! The place is immaculate! Alessandra arranged everything for our travels to and from the airport. We never wanted for anything. Most definitely will be back to Rome and will book here again!

Very small B&B but very nice. Alessandra is wonderful. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. We were a little skeptical at first when the cab dropped us off, but one we got in, it was fine. Easy walking to the Vatican. Breakfast is good. Plenty to eat.
