Rome Vatican Inn

We had paid money for 3 nights and booked to stay in a nice place! At the last morning they warned us with a message that they had had some problems and showed us another address to show up at, at which point with our luggage and everything we took another taxi to reach the new destination, which according to them should have been equivalent But it was not so !!! They told us that if we didn't like it we could cancel the reservation and they would give us our money back, but at the last minute they pulled a dirty trick on us since the places we had seen were already all sold out! so in order not to take yet another taxi and end up trying to book what was now available on Booking at the last minute (I specify all mediocre places) it ended as a result of things that at the same price gave us the best room we could find they had “(again according to them) “and in any case it was not up to par nor comparable to what I had paid! Discounts or money back for the inconvenience don't even talk about it! The bedroom window didn't close properly at night, a little light came in and drafts also came in so much so that we got fever and sore throat. In addition to the economic damage, there is also an insult!!!

Very clean well maintained facility fantastic location exceptional staff we stayed for a weekend with friends. A stone's throw from Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza San Pietro. The staff were very kind and professional. Room with minibar with two bottles of water inside plus coffee machine with two pods... honestly we couldn't have chosen better
