DD Luxury House

Le DD luxury house est situé à quelques pas de la gare Termini sans être dans un quartier mal famé au contraire le quartier est plutôt sympa. En revanche l’insonorisation entre les chambres n’était pas terrible et la propreté à revoir.

Todo bien con la ubicación, a unos cuangos metros hay un mini super y la estacion de metro, algo complicado contactarnos con Dominico pero muy amable, por el retraso en el check in, hemos ajustado el check out El baño es amplio y limpio pero falta mantenimiento

English: Kind owner, location not recommended as it is near Termini station, with many homeless people and not very recommendable people. We were told on the phone that there was free parking in front of the B&B but it is not exactly like that: there are 3 free spaces and it is not said that they are available. We spent a weekend. As soon as we arrived we found ourselves in a room under the road (we had not been told on the phone), very uncomfortable to go down a small spiral staircase with the suitcases. Corridor floor very dirty. When we arrived in the room we immediately noticed the dirt on the bathroom floor, black humidity in the bathroom, toilets not cleaned properly. As for the room, dirty floor, furniture with dust, pillowcases with black streaks, and very hot room. There is no silent air conditioning but a very noisy penguin that did not let us sleep at all. The cherry on the cake is a very noisy double bed and we realized that it could not support our weight, in fact we felt with every movement that something was breaking. I do not recommend this apartment divided into many small rooms each with his bathroom. 2 nights 3 days 270 euros without breakfast (there are other bebs better than this one) we will not return.... there is no staff (if you need an extra towel or a roll of paper towel) and there is no breakfast... for 3 days no one has booked to sweep the floor or change towels or make the bed because you don't leave the keys with anyone, you take them away yourself...
