Very nice place. The hostess Paola was very helpful and friendly. It was very cool to be a guest in the home of a real Italian family. At the same time, there was enough privacy. The room was large, with a vintage interior. The room and bathroom were clean. Quite well located, because the main train station (Termini) is about a 20-minute walk away.

Le foto che vedete qui su TripAdvisor sono vecchie e mi dispiace non averne fatte per mostrarvi come è la struttura attualmente perché è davvero molto molto graziosa. Vi consiglio di cercare foto su altri siti per farvi una idea reale. Comunque la struttura è bella e pulita. Gli spazi ben organizzati e c’è grande rispetto per la privacy. Le camere hanno il bagno privato e viene fornita una chiave - in modo da poter entrare e uscire di casa agevolmente e poter chiudere la propria stanza. La colazione è abbondante e varia - disponibile dalle ore 8.00 alle ore 10.00. Presenza sia di salato che di dolce. Una nota speciale vorrei dedicarla alla proprietaria della struttura - Paola. Una persona davvero deliziosa e molto disponibile. Ci ha aiutato ad organizzare un trasporto privato per spostarci più agevolmente sulla base dei nostri impegni personali. E abbiamo segnalato una intolleranza al lattosio all’ultimo secondo e Paola - la proprietaria - si è subito messa in moto per procurare yogurt e latte senza lattosio per mio marito. Molto più di quello che viene fatto in molti hotel.

Authentic Italian apartment with 3 en-suite rooms and an Italian breakfast included. The host, Paola was lovely and very helpful in arranging things when we asked for transfers and where to eat. If you want something different and not a stereotypical hotel, then stay here. It’s worth it.

Very rude staff, we waited an hour to check in, minimal breakfast with discount products, in fact other guests recommended a bar in the area, good location
