This B&B is located at the top of the Spanish Steps. It is very clean and hygienic. Everything is beautiful. The landlord is super nice. The key is the location. The subway station and the taxi stand are right next to it. There are many restaurants nearby and I recommend everyone to stay there.

The best location in Spanishsteps! A boutique hotel feels like home. The host Alessandro is very friendly and gentleman! The cleaning lady is so so so wonderful and thoughtful. She does her job with heart and did more than what we expected for us. Thanks both! I will come again.

The location is great, just around the corner is Spanish steps, very simple self-service check-in, super nice service, the room is super clean, highly recommended to stay

結論から言うと最高です。
スペイン広場の近くで駅からも近いですし、観光名所や色々なお店の近くなので、観光の途中で荷物を置いたり、疲れたら休憩したりできちゃいます！（ローマは地下鉄、バス等はクレジットカードのタッチ決済が使用できますし、徒歩圏内で観光名所がたくさんあるので、移動はめちゃ楽です！）
お部屋も清潔でベットも広く、エアコンも新しいです！スリッパ、ドライヤーはもちろん、スチームアイロンもあったのには驚きました！随所にホストのアレッサンドロの気遣いが散りばめられていて最高でした！
夜遅くなる時のチェックインも可能です！事前に到着予定時間をメールでホテルに伝えておけば、メールでチェックインの方法を教えてくれます！イタリアに到着したらメールをしっかりチェックして下さい！（観光税を支払う必要があるので、パスポートの掲示を忘れずに！）
ホストのアレッサンドロさんはとても良い人です！僕は全くイタリア語も英語もわからないのですが、嫌な顔せず気さくに誠実に対応して下さいました！
ローマにまた来る機会があれば、間違いなくもう一度このホテルを予約します！ありがとうございました！

Beatrice was excellent - she greeted us and explained how building worked. Replenishing room each day and making sure all needs were met.
Rooms comfortable and spacious. Balcony a bonus - live performers outside each night we could enjoy.
Noisy in morning as adjacent buildings had garbage trucks emptying bins but otherwise excellent location.
Noise helped me wake up and get ready to explore

Cannot recommend enough! Will definitely stay again. Host was so lovely, helpful, kind & accommodating! We absolutely loved it here. Awesome location at the tops of the Spanish Steps. Room was clean, comfy & charming.
