Top service
Great staff and great location however let down a little as the room had a strong smoke smell, something I thought was a thing of the past.

Wonderful place. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Family operates. Few minutes away from Termini and few block from Maria Magiore. Subway 2 minutes away from hotel. Highly recommend. Very cozy and very clean. We plan to come back next month.

Schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber. Die Etage im ersten Stock ist neu renoviert, der Aufzug ist zwar aus dem letzten Jahrhundert er macht jedoch seinen Dienst(muß man unbedingt ausprobieren). Freundliches Personal, das Frühstück in Gebäude neben an war gut und in Preis inbegriffen.

Our experience at the hotel was, overall, really good, the staff was super friendly and the location was really good, super close to the train station and a supermarket, in a street with a lot of good restaurants and souvenir stores. Our room was the quadruple one and it was ok, there was a space close to the window that we used to put the suitcases so we could walk better , the beds were a bit hard, but nothing terrible, and the bathroom was clean and quite spaceous, the only downside was that the room got a bit hot if you didn't open the windows (we didn't because of the noisee, the room was suoer quiet with them closed) and when we asked for the air coinditioner control they said that, because it was winter, they couldn't give it to us, but that was understandable so it didn't out a damper in our stay

Advertising of this property does not make it clear that not all rooms have an attached bathroom. The room we booked claimed to have an ensuite bathroom but we ended up having to share with 4 other rooms.

The hotel is not what they tell you on ******* very old and shower wasn’t working, no wifi I had to be by the front desk to be able to get a access to wifi vey inconvenience, beside when I asked the guy on the front desk about the shower head wasn’t working he told us unfortunately because of the time and the day they couldn’t even fixed it also he told me I shouldn’t complain about that because we were there just from one night, I at point I called ******* I couldn’t get through because wifi issues I finally got a hold of someone they called the hotel to confirm the issue and the receptionist hanged up the phone call, ******* never call me back or as today I haven’t heard anything from *******, I always book through this app all my trips but apparently that won’t matter for you guys neither what a great customer service ..

Good location. Clean and good bed, comfy room, looked a bit tired but everything functioned. Staff excellent and friendly. Hot water all the time, quiet Street. Very good for a budget stay.
