Excellent location, everything went great, quick check-in, there is a kettle and sugar in the room (there is no tea so it is better to take it with you), towels and a bathroom set are available, a very strategic location within a minute's walk of Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese, the only downside is the strong audibility, for those who cannot fall asleep to the noise of the tram, it will be difficult

We have a lot of travel experience, we have stayed in different hotels, but this hotel caused us great inconvenience at the end of the trip. We booked a room for three days, but on the last day we had to move out because the room was terribly cold!!! There was no heating, the air conditioner did not work, the heater in the bathroom did not work either. We wrote and called the hotel manager, he promised that he would fix the problem, but in the end he simply stopped answering. We were so cold that we woke up with a temperature in the morning. The room was quite dirty, there were stains on the bed linen that looked like blood. There was mold in the bathroom, the shower door was broken. The only plus of the hotel is the location, but be prepared for the fact that it is very noisy because of the tram tracks. And water, according to the manager, the boiler is designed for 80 liters, but after 7 minutes of taking a shower, you can forget about hot water for an hour. The room is designed for 4 guests.. how even two people can wash with such a boiler, I do not understand. Disgusting service, I do not recommend this hotel.
