Property managers were very accessible and communicated in English very well via WhatsApp. Property was super clean and well stocked. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars across the board is limited transportation. Although it is not the owners fault it is something to consider when booking - if you don't rent a car the bus stops are a bit of a walk and uber/taxi were 40-75 Euros to get to Rome city attractions. It is a 20 min walk to nearest grocery store and 10 min to a few restaurants.

Ottima struttura con parcheggio privato a pochissimi minuti dall'Istituto Clinico Casalpalocco, posizionata in zona servita da ristorante/pizzeria, bar e tabacchino.Host gentilissimo, camere molto pulite. Posizione comoda anche per raggiungere l'aeroporto di Fiumicino.

Abbiamo soggiornato lì per 15 giorni il servizio era bellissimo le pulizie le facevano ogni 2 giorni le camere erano molto belle noi eravamo nella camera grande a via Giuseppe Nicolini la cosa più bella era la Smart tv noi a cena andavamo sempre al cinghiale il ristorante del residence

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura già l'anno scorso e ci sono ritormato per una settimana unitamente alla mia famiglia per motivi di lavoro/vacanza...Matteo è un ottimo padrone di casa ti mette subito a tuo agio dandoti tutte le notizie necessarie per il suo soggiorno...ottima la pulizia e l'ospitalità... posizione ideale, sotto la struttura ottima bar con servizio tavola calda e anche un ristorante... a pochi metri fermata dell'autobus per chi viaggia con i mezzi pubblici, chi è dotato di auto c'è a disposizione un parcheggio messo a disposizione dalla struttura gratuito...a pochi centinaia di metri ci sono supermercati ed anche altri locali nonchè una farmacia...un grazie a Matteo ed ai suoi collaborati... frazie

Eccellente ospitalità, ottima pulizia, rapporto qualità/prezzo vista la posizione direi anche in questo caso eccellente. Punti a favore: la disponibilità di una cucina attrezzata, materasso (giudizio personale) molto buono, un ottimo ristorante accanto alla struttura ricettiva, a pochi chilometri dal litorale. Consigliato per chi non ha pretese da cinque stelle !
