Here for one night over the weekend. The room was in a basement with little natural light. The air conditioning was quite noisy but bearable. The amenities were reduced to the bare minimum. Around midnight the electricity went out and never came back on. Everything was promptly communicated to the contacts (also for emergencies) that had been given to me but since it was night I already expected I would only receive a response in the morning, as it turned out. In the morning a maid left alone tried to do something following the instructions given over the phone, I imagine by the owners, but with poor results. This ultimately resulted in poor air circulation in the room and in the morning a shower in the dark, no hair dryer and in general no services available. Even the safe without light did not work properly and I had to have it opened manually with the safety key. I left the room convinced that someone would have made themselves heard given the many inconveniences but a week after the event nothing, and yet the room was not given away and they were extremely prompt in asking me for proof of payment of the tourist taxes before being able to receive the instructions to access the room. In short, what can I say, inconveniences can happen to anyone but providing hospitality means something else.

The pictures were nothing like the room i had booked- basment room, no light from outside, couldnt close any windows to block out the noise, no sleep due to the noise from the streets..
There was water all over the floor due to a toilet in the room next to me, i was told to just clean it up myself, instead of someone coming to fix the problem..
I had asked for a transfer for 11am the next morning, was asked to contact them in the morning about it, so i contacted them at 8am, and my response was, Sorry its too late to organise a transfer..
Horrible place to stay, horrible person i dealt with..

Great stay until something goes wrong
This is a self-service hotel, including check-in
We had a great stay really enjoying the location which is superb.. until we got to experience the fire alarm and water flooding through the bedroom ceiling
We were unable to use our bedroom the last night due to the water leaking through from above.
We were also unable to get a hold off someone with most of the emergency numbers being inactive, with us having to turn off the fire alarm ourselves in the end
Have yet to receive any formal information about the incident and let alone any form of reimbursement even though it’s been 4 weeks

Though we had a basement room it was not made clear there was no actual daylight coming either of the rooms. Fire alarm went off during the night and no one managing the property could be contacted. The alarm went on for an hour. Not happy. Worrying and anxiety inducing.
