Sophie Terrace Hotel

Clean hotel with supermarket nearby. Easy to get around as metro station is 5min away. Lots of restaurants options.

What a great hotel in a fabulous area. My husband and I stayed here 6/06/2025 – 10/06/2025 and we had such a great time. The hotel was really clean, rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and lovely nice spaceish bathroom. The rest of the hotel area was also kept very clean with wonderful friendly staff. We cannot thank Flo enough for looking after us throughout our time, we were so gutted we did not get to say goodbye to you! When arriving at the hotel Flo showed us to our room, talked us through the best places to go to and then welcomed us on the terrace with some nibbles and prosecco. Each day after being out in the madness bless Flo was up and down those Terrace stairs bringing us our drinks, which made it even better was that they offer a whatsapp service so we didn’t have to move a muscle. Our parents were staying in a different hotel to us but kept coming over to Sophia everyday and Flo treated them like they were his guests. In the end they did not even want to ask their hotel for advise etc we all just coming to Flo (sorry!). We asked for recommendations for places to eat by the river and Flo went above and beyond researching lots of hotels and sending plenty of info for, arranging our taxi’s and bless him if he was ever concerned we did not like anything (which wasn’t the case) he was very open to making sure he could improve your stay wherever possible. I cannot fault this hotel! The location of this hotel is fantastic, you are only a short walk from the station, Colosseum St Maria & Trevi Fountain. I like being in the hustle and bustle but going to the Trevi Fountain was just way too much, it was nice to visit but then to be able to come back to our area where there were still plenty of restaurants & bars and easy walking distance. We plan to come back in a few years, and I would 1000% stay here again & will be recommending the rest of our party to stay here also. P.S we appreciated the breakfast boxes also supplied – nice and yummy!

Such a wonderful hotel! Great location, very clean and the best customer service around! Flo was absolutely wonderful and made sure we were taken care of at all times! Flo made our trip to Rome so much better! Au revoir mon ami, Elisabeth & Tim

Perfect Location, very clean & modern facilities, Omar very informative & helpful bring the beers to the roof terrace ! You can actually bring your own so we bought the wine from the Carrefore around the corner but preferred to buy the beer from the hotel. Nice little restaurant Est Est Est on doorstep (should try & negotiate a discount for hotel guests). Breakfast across the road at Washington Cafe. Lovely views and sun trap on the roof. Ear plugs not reqd as slept like a log
