We recently stayed in a family room, the room was included a washing machine and simple kitchen appliances which were good for our family needs. However, we encountered a challenge due to the electricity limitations in Italy. We were unable to use the washing machine and cooker simultaneously, which resulted in a power outage for nearly an hour.
Despite this inconvenience, I want to commend the staff for their good service. The receptionist was very accommodating although she’s not speak English but she quickly arranged for a technician to assist us. Both the receptionist and technician were helpful.

強烈推薦！很有設計感的酒店，房間和衞生間都很大，設施很新且完善。
距離地鐵站步行衹要5分鐘，步行至羅馬鬥獸場15分鐘以內，附近有很多餐廳，步行5分鐘有一個家樂福超市。
服務人員很熱情，第一天剛來時給了很多推薦，還幫忙把寄存的行李搬到了房間。
樓下有一家酒吧，晚上可能會稍有點吵，我覺得聲音還可以接受，睡眠不好的慎選。

The room was arranged in a community far away from the hotel, which was a bit like a homestay.
Arrived in Rome late at night, and after getting the key, I had to find the location of the room in the community by myself.
The room was very poor, and there was no infrastructure, such as a water heater, and there was no front desk at the door. Rome is still quite chaotic at night, and it feels very unsafe.
The customer service was also very slow to reply to the message. When asked if there was breakfast, they said there was no breakfast the night before, and then they said there was breakfast at 10 o'clock the next morning, and breakfast ended at 10:30. It was so annoying that I didn't have breakfast.
Very bad, please avoid it!

This a very very fantastic hotel. Really creative, very modern facilities. Space. Shower, bathroom. Very clean. It's like a flat. Very helpful stuff and greetings at the roof cafe.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for us. It’s easy walking distance to historic attractions but just far enough away as to exhibit Italian cultural authenticity. But most of all, every single part of this hotel was designed with an artistic flair we had not previously experienced anywhere. Light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, electronic controls, carpets, furniture, wall colors, paintings, sculptures, just EVERYTHING was chosen as an attempt at excellence and we applaud that effort. Plus, the staff was great and the breakfast very commendable.
