The jacuzzi was broken and no info about it we notis that when we should take a bath. The berakfast was just a bread and yoghurt at the room. No buffé

I have visited this place on 30th of dec 2023 either my partner to relax and celebrate new year in rome. We booked the room based on the owner’s false advertisement and paid £563.18 for two nights that stated we will receive the following 1- pleasant room 2- jacuzzi 3- wifi 4- room service breakfast Now i am pregnant hence we wanted to celebrate the last new year as couples before we become family☺️ but this place turned out to be the nightmare of any tourist wanting to enjoy their trip and relax in the hotel/room etc. On the night of arrival as we landed with delay we got to our place around 3 am and obviously excited and tired from travel wanted to use Jacuzzi. We got terrified of sth like flood from bottom of it going all the way to bed etc. I had to take all the towels and bed cover to wipe the water at 4 am imagine that. My partner has messaged the owner which he has not responded(think if it was fire or any other emergency) no response till morning. Again in the morning we have asked a girl which came for cleaning and giving us the breakfast (which was bare minimum I wouldn’t even call it breakfast nothing hot on the tray nor asking for any allergy etc.) she had to call him and we txted again and still no response around 11 am all of a sudden someone shows up saying he is the plumber and not even speaking english, stayed for 2 hours trying to fix it. Now at this time i have requested a partial refund or change of room or extension of stay as compensation. Im sure you will guess what happened he was so ignorant and arrogant he said i dont like this attitude and when my partner called him rejected our call and once we got really upset and calling i font know how many times he picked up and started shouting and swearing saying im gonna come throw you out of the window. He is a racist sexist person who is also dangerous I believe should not be allowed to deal with people and visitors. Anyway our night/morning all got ruined until about 1:30pm when we could go out finally. Then he started txting my partner where are you im gonna come to you etc like to have a fight. Obviously we don’t want violence specifically on our holiday and my condition. I suggested if it gets worst we go to police when my partner said lets try enjoy etc. Later in the evening he showed up shouting swearing and trying to have a fight with my partner and gave me so much stress i fell ill and started throwing up after due to anxiety and stress. Anyway the jaccuzzi didn’tget fix and on new years eve when we cane back after the fireworks saw more water on floor even though we didn’t use the tub so again i had to wipe the whole floor and leave the sheets and towels on floor to soak. Plus we had no hot water whatsoever meaning no shower no nothing. Now in the morning no staff showed up for breakfast and we had to txt again asking where the person is, we finally got our so called breakfast at 11 which was supposed to be the check out time. Now we left handed the keys eve

The reason they got a poor review is I booked and paid for car service to airport with hotel and confirm the day before and they said it was booked. Next morning at 5:30am no car service. No one answered with hotel and I still have not gotten reimbursed my money for the car service.
