Ho soggiornato in questo B&B ad inizio settimana insieme alla mia ragazza , scoperto per puro caso, in quanto l'hotel che doveva ospitarmi era in overbooking e mi ha prontamente indirizzato verso questo b&b e devo dire che è stata una piacevole sorpresa, posizione che permette di arrivare facilmente alla stazione, e ad alcuni monumenti principali come il Colosseo, camera in ordine, tutti i servizi disponibili con un "innovativo e geniale " sistema di check-in e check-out. Zona tranquilla con vari negozi vicino e soprattutto la massima cordialità e disponibilità del personale.

Pessima esperienza. Le foto non corrispondono per niente alla realtà, abbiamo pernottato in camere totalmente diverse . Mancava la manutenzione sia nel bagno, (la vaschetta era pure rotta.),nell’area in comune, e nelle porte d’ingresso.La pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Unico lato positivo la vicinanza alla stazione e la proprietaria che è stata disponibile .

The room was clean and very nice. The guesthouse is in the city center very close to the most important attractions and metro and bus. Moreover Termini station is very close as well. Close to the bed and breakfast there also supermarket and restaurants.

Siamo stati diverse volte in questo bed and breakfast e ogni volta è una piacevole esperienza. Le camere sono sempre pulite e troviamo un buon rapporto qualità prezzo soprattutto considerando che si trova in una posizione centrale.

siamo stati in questo affittacamere a Ottobre e ci siamo trovati molto bene per la pulizia, cura delle camere e la posizione comoda vicino a metro e poco distante da Colosseo. Si può entrare con una app e il cellulare ma in caso di problemi si può contattare il personale citofonando.
