I came for a trip, but the location is a bit bad. It's about an 8-minute walk to Flaminio Station.
Still, it's a BNB, so it has a private bathroom and is just like a hotel room.
The manager is kind and the owner is also nice. There are also pizza places and restaurants nearby.
I recommend it for this price!

Room was compact, but cosy and nicely furnitured. Own toilet and shower were little bit out of date, but they were part of room, which was very good. Unfortunately TV was not working and all sound were heard too good from hallway, lobby. Description of peace IS also little bit confusing, because there is no breakfast available. Airconditioner was good and silent. Location was little far from historic area, but there is tram right next to accommondation so day card is crucial for easy travelling.

This property comes up as a hotel and a bed and breakfast and is called "suites" and it is none of those things. It is a room(s) in someone's apartment. It did not provide breakfast (though I guess you could pay extra for it). I did appreciate that the owner saved a parking spot for us upon request but I feel it was false advertising. Call it what it is rather than listing it as a hotel, b&b, or suite.
