Το χειρότερο ξενοδοχείο με διαφορά. Είχαμε κλείσει δωμάτια για επαγγελματικό ταξίδι στη Ρώμη και ενώ είχαμε στείλει emailς και μας επιβεβαιωναν τν κράτηση μας μια εβδομάδα νωρίτερα πήραμε για να το ξανά επιβεβαιώσουμε και μας είπε ότι για τα 3 δωμάτια από τα 6 που είχαμε κλεισει δεν υπάρχει κράτηση. Μας ακυρωσε 3 δωμάτια χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση και τις στείλαμε τα emailς με τις κρατήσεις και δεν τα δεχόταν, με αποτέλεσμα να ψάχνουμε για άλλο ξενοδοχειο τελευταία στιγμή. Κάποιοι από τους δικούς μας που έμειναν εκεί μας ανέφεραν ότι ήταν πολύ αγενης η ιδιοκτήτρια και το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ βρώμικο και καμιά σχέση με το τι παρουσιάζεται στο ίντερνετ με το τι είναι στην πραγματικότητα. Επίσης μας είπαν ότι το ίδιο που είχε κάνει σε εμάς με το να ακυρώσει δωμάτια το έκανε και σε κάποιους άλλους ταξιδιώτες οι οποίοι για κακή τους τύχη δεν πήραν προηγουμένως τηλέφωνο για επιβεβαίωση θεωροντας ότι αφού το είχαν κλείσει ήταν οκ και όταν έφτασαν εκεί βράδυ απλά τους ενημέρωσε ότι δεν έχουν κράτηση και δωμάτια για να μεινουν. Και τσακώθηκε με τους πελάτες.

Excellent host, huge room that was clean. Drawback was the walls were thin and could hear others when they were noisy. Was unsure what to expect due to mixed reviews but it was a lovely hotel in a block with many other hotels. We had a very late flight home so checked out at 10:30am and stored our bags safely in the reception cupboard. Explored Rome and came back around 5:00pm and stayed in reception for an hour. We had to contact the owner as my child lost her watch and try cleaner had found it. For a cheap and cheerful stay if you are budget conscious I would highly recommend. Clean, organised, efficient staff and massive room.

camere piccole e arredate in maniera essenziale, la reception e' attiva solo fino alle 16 dopodiche' c'e autogestione. acqua dal rubietto e dalla doccia quasi inesistente, camera polverosa se poi per caso alla mattina volete riposare in camera scordatevelo dalle sette tutti svegli per il rumore proveniente dalla reception e dalle pulizie(a noi hanno bussato in camera alle otto ) non via azzardate poi a scendere dalle scale il corrimano e' degno di una casa fantasma per la mole di polvere depositata, una hall a dir poco indescrivibile se non avete a portata di mano l'antistaminico non vi avventurate la colazione solo se la prenotate altrimenti vi arrangiate unica nota positiva la vicinanza alla stazione

Buona posizione, vicino alla stazione Termini, che permette gli spostamenti sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. La titolare e' molto gentile e professionale e le stanze sono pulite e accoglienti.. Ci torneremo.

Posizione comoda, vicinissimi alla stazione termini, nelle vicinanze presenti ristoranti e supermercato pulizia buona, camere spaziose e ben curate, personale molto cordiale e disponibile , consigliato come punto di partenza per visitare Roma

Ottima esperienza !!!la signora che ci ha accolte gentilissima!!!! Posizione ottima…. Confortevole e molto pulito.. Super consigliato soprattutto per la vicinanza alla stazione termini!!!! Ci tornerò!!
