Fräscht hotellrum nära Termini Vi bokade det här hotellet eftersom det var nära vid hemresa från tågstationen Termini. Hotellet består av några få rum och hotellrummet var väldigt enkelt . Vi fick själva kontakta värden vid incheckning och fick vänta på att vi skulle få rummet för att checkas in. Rummet var väldigt lyhört och hade ingen utsikt alls då persiennerna inte gick att dra upp. Rummet var rent och fräscht överlag och badrummet var jättebra .

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, the prices are certainly attractive, the staff were friendly but unfortunately our room was a bit dirty and needed a small renovation. The location of our room was near the reception on the ground floor and therefore in the morning from 8 am and in the evening until past 11 pm we could hear people talking, the intercom ringing, the telephone ringing.... Really annoying, in fact it was difficult for us rest. The room was not very clean, the walls were all marked by age, mold in the shower and we found black hair in the sheets, so we asked for clean sheets and replaced them ourselves because there was no person in charge of doing this. Even in the new sheets we found the same hair, probably from the people who fold them. The sheets were washed and ironed but when making the bed it would be a good idea to check and eliminate these errors which immediately give the guest the idea of ​​dirt. I don't recommend this hotel unless you are a very, very spartan person and want to spend little.

When you pay online, they leave you an unpaid portion that is paid when you arrive in cash. And when you pay in cash, if you didn't pay right away they tell you that they don't have change at that moment but that they will leave it in your room the next day. And it is not true. After 5 days, and leaving a letter in Italian for room service, I got no response or the money; And since there was no way to contact the reception either, because the reception is in another building 7 minutes walk from the one where I was staying, I had to show up on the last day to claim the money they owed me and it was still difficult for me to get it; They even said they did not understand Italian or Spanish (since all the workers are from Bangladesh). In addition, the towels had stains, even the new ones they put in every day. There was no reception in the building. The air conditioner is one of those portable ones that has little power. The sheets also had stains and lint. A horrible experience, I would never return.
