フロントが24時間ではなかったため、チェックインとチェックアウトの時間を調整のために別のSNSでやり取りをしました。
預けた荷物を空港に向かう前に取りに行ったところ、フロントが空いてる時間なのに誰もおらず、自分で鍵をとって荷物を回収しなければいけませんでした。やり方が難しく不便でした。
また壁は薄く、エレベーターないため荷物は自分で運ばなければいけないところも評価できません。
口コミではホストが優しかったとのことですが一度も会っていないためわかりません。

The bathroom was a private bathroom separated from the room, and there was a separate shared kitchen, so we arrived late at night, so we went to a Korean market and bought some instant noodles and ate them. We even microwaved frozen kimbap and it was delicious. The cleanliness was very good, and the owner at the reception on the second floor helped us check in. He was a really pleasant owner who made us feel good about coming to Rome. During my trip, I was surprised to see that Italians always looked so happy.

The hotel is very close to Termini station, you can easily get around. The host was very helpful and gave us a map of the tourist attractions and, more importantly, several restaurants nearby.

10 minutes walk from roma termini station. Keep your expectations to a guest house. Don’t expect much tbh.

Camere pulitissime, il sig.Mario è di una educazione e cordialità mai riscontrata in altre strutture ricettive, la location è molto bella in stile moderno e soprattutto molto accogliente. Struttura che secondo me merita 5 stelle!!❤️ Il Maresciallo😂

This perfectly situated hotel, easily walkable from Termini and the major sites, is the best bargain in the area. I have been staying near the station when I come and go from Rome for more than a decade. From now on this will be my first choice. I had a very heavy suitcase which the lovely owner Mario carried up the stairs for me. The room was average size for Rome, but clean and comfortable. An added plus is the little shared kitchen area where you can make coffee or tea and keep things in a small refrigerator. Since I am very familiar with Rome I didn’t really need any help, but I often heard Mario giving assistance, suggestions and recommendations to the other guest. You can’t beat the welcoming environment at Relais Indipendeza!
